Randy is super sweet and loves what he teaches. He doesn't make the work too difficult and if you submit all the assignments you should pass. Lectures are a little all over the place and sometimes he fills class time with documentaries, but his personality makes it worth it

Randy is such a nerd for everything communications related and its so endearing. I must admit, I didnt learn too much in this class but I enjoyed what he showed us and he is very accessible to students who may be falling behind.

I had him for both Systems and Theories and Message Design and he has to be one of my favorite professors. Such a nice guy and he's one of those teachers that just wants you to do well. He tells you exactly what you need to know and makes the material fun. I even had Message Design at 8 in the morning for 3 hours and I enjoyed going

Very helpful teacher; educated, funny, and knowledgeable. He's generally open-minded with his assignments, and even though he tends to drift during long lectures, he seems to keep them enjoyable and not overbearing. This is a very good communications class.

I learned a lot in this class, but mostly from the people in my project group. So much info here! But he is very cool, and yes, very goodlooking! He will take time to help you out and answer any quetions you have. There was a LOT of coursework, projects, papers, etc. But he was an easy grader. Take him!

I've had Randy for 2 classes, and they were both great experiences. He's friendly, knows what he's talking about, and is hip to most of the latest tech, too. His powerpoints may lack visual flair, but they still get the information across!

A difficult class since you are working with real clients, but Randy makes it as approachable as possible. As always, he was more than helpful, and most of what he taught was important to anyone going into the field. And yes, it's true, he is snazzy!

i can't remember the name of the other class i took with him but its the last one for comm students. he is such a great teacher. he loves teaching and love the subject. he is very down to earth and so willing to listen. he is very accomadating and will always help you. he makes a boring subject interesting and doesn't require a ton of work but he does play favorites
