A great professor. He really knew his stuff because he was an attorney and he used these things in real life. A very fair professor. I enjoyed his stories that were used as examples in class, kept the class interesting. DO NOT USE A CELL PHONE/LAPTOP/ ANYTHING OF DISTURBANCE IN HIS CLASS!

Take him if you can! Kind of boring class, but super easy. He's a great guy who will answer your questions. Barely studied for tests, if you go to class you'll know exactly what to expect for the tests. No final either.

Takes attendance, but you have to go to class to learn the material anyway. Tests are on vocab and cases, so look over the definitions and case studies in the book. Teaches you what you need to know for the test. Interesting and nice guy. Tough grader on the paper though.

Really great teacher. Kind of mono-toned. If you watch a lot of lawyer shows all of the technical wordings will be very easy to learn. He is a great professor, take him!
