She is actually an amazing English Professor.Her assignments are made VERY CLEAR!She always leaves class time for questions and to review your papers for corrections before the paper is due.its up to you to complete your assignments.she will let you know if you are failing so you are able to drop and not receive an F.I aced her class for COMP 1&2

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This woman has no respect for students. She thinks she knows everything but is sadly mistaken. I strongly encourage you to not take her and if you're in her class now GET OUT!!! No idea how this psycho is still able to teach there. Please someone get rid of her. She serves no purpose in life.

She seem really insame at the beginning, but through the semster she clams down and becomes a nice person. Only had to write 4 papers, that she gades hard on. I don't think I learned anything while in this class. I would not take her if you have a better option, but if you get stuck with her it is not the end of the world.

Horrible with a capital H! Plz stay away from her if you want a passing grade. She does not explain anything and likes to fail people who actually try. She is very unfair and only gives second chances to the students she chooses. You will not learn in this class.

I made a B+ w/out her help. She's a BAD teacher who should quit teaching or get fired. I'm not a slacker (GPA 3.8) and my bad rating is not sour grapes. I actually took another ENGL course after COMP 2 as an elective. I say "STAY AWAY FROM SHOW-PAY!" (FYI her name is pronounced show-pay).

Mrs. Schoppa was very helpful to the entire class. The way she graded was very fair. She took everything into consideration - i.e. how hard of assignment, students effort, & how much time she was able to give in class for the assignment. Can tell she would not put up with "junk" from immature students. That is a good thing to me!

She's terrible! One of the worst teachers out there. She fails students' assignments because she didn't explain the directions clear enough. She hates dual credit students. I had another English teacher read over my research paper, and she told me it would get me an A or B. Mrs. Schoppa gave me an F because it was too "bookish." ??? DON'T TAKE HER!
