Comment:

She is a very caring professor but this class is fast paced like all college classes. Attendance is taken everyday. The class is mangeable but you need to keep up. She gives you in depth study guides which over prepare you before the tests. A pretty easy and relaxing class but you must talk a lot.

Mdm. Teboul is amazing and by far the best french teacher I have ever had. I took french in high school so this has been basically all review for me but I think she's a great teacher. I get if people think her class is stressful because it's immersion but she's very understanding and very helpful.

Comment:

I LOVE Madame Teboul! She is so much fun and so sweet. At first I had some trouble because she speaks to you in French 80% of the time, and I took Spanish in high school, but she is great at getting you to understand what she means. Her examples are so cute and memorable that you learn really quickly and have fun doing it. Would def take again!

I took french in high school up to french 5, so everything in this course was basically review. However, I know people who hadn't taken french before struggled because she isn't always the best at explaining things. But compared to other professors, she gives a lot less work outside of class.

This is a really fun class. Most of it is review, and there is more class time than material, so we learn alot about French culture. Madame Teboul seems to love to talk about anything French or school-related, so if you try just a little, it's a very easy class. This is her last semester, though.

i'm taking my third class with her right now and she is the best french teacher i have ever had. every language teacher, especially french, give you busy work so expect it, but you will learn a lot and she cares about your progress

Lots of busy work. She loves to put people on the spot by pointing and forcing you to speak. It works for some people, but not for me. Lots of groupwork where someone always carried the other 2 or 3 people. She does care about her students though.

Madame Teboul is a wonderful professor. One does have to put forth some effort, but her grading is fair, and one will be guaranteed to learn a huge lot. I've had all of the french profs here, and she is definitely the best!

I learned very little and was absolutely disgusted by all the pointless busy work. I felt that the professor completely shucked all her responsibilites of teaching and delegated that task to the menial assignments in the textbook. I'd strongly suggest that you avoid this class.

madame teboul was one of the best professors i have had. i think she expects students to work hard, so most students dislike a prof because of that. she always took office hours to clarify or explain topics. if you want an easy A, don't study french.
