I took Sum, Sequences, and Series Honors course. She is not always easy to understand but if you put forth solid effort she will dedicate massive office time until you understand. Excellent course and made you think in a different way.

Does teach a little fast but if you read the textbook before the class it helps. She will stop if you ask a question. Wants her students to do well and is a very nice person. Her tests are similar to what is done in class and MathLab but you do need to study. Do not speak while she is teaching. Pay attention and actually study and you can get an A.

Not an easy professor by any stretch of the imagination, but she is very invested in the success of her students and will spend a lot of time outside of class trying to help you learn the material. She is flexible about homework and offers tons of extra credit. Laziness wont work out for you

This teacher was absolutely horrible. I felt bad for her because she did not know what she was talking about at all. :( Don't take her. She was unclear and she yelled at people for the most stupid reasons. She made everyone in the class frustrated. This teacher is so disappointing.

Professor Alfred is a very nice lady but it very unclear and expects you to understand what she's teaching at her pace. Her accent is fine with me but it not very organized. She gives a lot of work and expects it to be done by the next class which is only two days. Do not take her if you have a lot of classes. Especially for a developmental class.

Extremely nice lady. She moves fast but she makes sense and her accent is not even noticeable to me. She is a funny teacher if you joke around with her. Do your workbook homework and math labs online and you will do great. She is a very admirable professor.

This teacher will literally take the time and help you if you don't understand. She will stop teaching and if the students didn't understand the problem the first time will make sure everyone understands before she moves forward. She's very nice and passionate about her work. She absolutely wants everyone to succeed. Amazing teacher!

She is a great teacher. She really wants everyone to pass her class. She makes herself available for individual help if you need it. Most in my class previously failed algebra with other teachers, but with her guidance most are passing her class this ear.

WOW. Dr.Alfred moves really fast. You need to pay complete attention while she is doing a proof. Daydream for a second and you might be lost for the rest of the class. But she is a samurai warrior of calculus. And so helpful and dedicated to her students. Just show her that you want to learn and she will bend over backwards. Great Prof

terrible teacher you cannot understand what she says shes in her own world. treats you like you are in kindergarden. She talks too fast, and talks to herself. Goes too fast in her explanations. Always questions what you are doing and interrupts the class to yell at people.

Professor Alfred is a great teacher. Yes she moves quickly, and yes she does have an accent. Her accent isn't nearly as bad as people say, and you get use to it very quickly. If you need help, she is always encouraging you to come to her office hours. She will set time aside for you to come to her office and she will give you undivided attention.

Great teacher, teaches quick but is very clear throughout each lesson. A lot of work, but if the labs are done weekly there is no need for much studying for quizzes and tests. I took honors, she expects a lot but if you pay attention it's easy. I wish she taught Calc II.
