She is a great professor, youll learn how to write a professional research paper, and she communicates outside the classroom very effectively. shes also Ivy League educated, and very informative. And I would take her course again.

I couldn't always follow along with her lectures as she often veered off topic, but being that she posts all of the notes on blackboard, it was fine. She wants you to read the textbook, and I felt like the tests (take home) were basically self-study. She is very nice and offers extra credit essays.

This professor isnt bad my only problem was that she lectured off topic meaning dosent relate to the topic many students had problems wit her because she was off topic many times which didnt relate to anything we did in class bt she is a good grader and flexible her tests are hella easy jus her lecturing is boring I passed her class wit an A

Shes nice, she does go through a lot of private situations which is understandable for the situation she was in. But if you really want to learn something regarding sociology especially if its going to be youre first sociology course, then am saddened to say you wont learn anything with her. Very nice person though.

do you want a class where you just sleep and/or use your phone? if yes, then you've found the right prof. take her and your guaranteed to never learn a thing. you'll be lost the whole time, but no worries, the professor herself is VERY lost as well!

She is honesty a nice, understanding women who takes her time teaching. However, she is extremely BORING in her lectures, the group discussions is whats brings life to this class to be honest. I feel asleep many times, if you decide to take her i recommend drinking coffee during her class. As long as you show up and follow the material easy A or B.

DON'T BRING BANANAS. She's funny, only asked for 3 research papers and final is optional for extra credit. She does generally change her teaching style each semester so don't expect exactly the same. Her lectures can seem to go on forever except for when the class weighs in on a topic. Group discussions were the highlight of the class.

Do the work, do extra credit if you need to, pay attention, like every other class in school you have to do the basics and work:). I failed this class twice, I did little to no work at all, I tried again a third time, I put in the effort this time and passed with an A. She's a great professor, I didn't regret retaking her class twice ��

she is very nice and understanding. applies everything to real life so you dont feel out of date and does her best she is funny and very chill. She isn't work heavy and if you take her class you will definitely be getting into class discussions and having fun

She's a nice lady, funny at times. If Sociology is just an elective for you, take her!! Easiest A+ I've ever gotten. You have to be a real dummy to fail her class. Tests are take home, even final. I would take her again but sociology isn't my thing.

The class is boring, she didn't understand her own slides and would randomly change topics that wasn't related. She talked as if she put herself to sleep (and the whole class.) Everyone was ignoring. (some were watching movies on computer, just to keep busy in her 3 hour lecture.) does research papers, no exams. hates phones. Don't take this class

Although she talks A lot, there is no way to fail her class. Plenty of extra credit assignments. Tests except for 1 are multiple choice. Everything is take home which makes it impossible to fail. You only need the text book for the final. I had trouble finding 10 answers. Take her easy A!!
