Prof Lepre is no-nonsense and straightforward. He works to walk you through the steps, building on the prior steps. Homework load is heavy and time consuming, but necessary to understand the material (he tells you this upfront). Grading is fair and prompt.

Really excellent teacher! Clearly laid out his expectations of students and was consistent. I was very worried about doing well in a Math class but his enthusiasm and clarity helped so much. The handouts were very helpful for studying and were very appreciated. Honestly, one of the best instructors I have ever had!

Excellent teacher! I am NOT a math person, but his explanations are easy to follow and he has good availability for questions before and after class. Very patient. He kind of looks like an older Tommy Lee Jones. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing to take an algebra class.

Was extreemly helpful to me. I was never one to be good in math, but Lepre was fairly easy to understand, and took the time to fully answer student's questions. His chapter handouts really helped me out alot, and the tests were very practical.

Enthusiastic and exuberant. You will not fall asleep. Learned more in this math class than others. Is not vebatem from the book. Only used the book for homework assignments. I would take other classes with this professor
