Easy A, teaches exactly what is on the tests and if you go to the lectures you won't even need the book. He explains everything well with stories and examples and makes class interesting. Would take him again.

he is a harsh grader and does not know how to teach the tax course. He is so confusing , sometimes fast and write numbers everywhere on the board and his hand writing is messy too. I would not take him again. Extremely harsh grader.

He's an amazing professor. This is the only class where I learned something. His lectures will stick with you because he makes up stories to teach things. As long as you go to class and listen, you'll get an A.

I looked forward to his class a lot because everyday you learned so much and his teaching skills are amazing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take this class.

My final grade was made up of a 15pt quiz, 45pt midterm, and 40pt final. Attendance is very important to him AND to your overall grade. You must go to class to understand the examples he gives, which was hard for me b/c I work on the side. He bases exam questions on these examples and stories, and will favor you if you show up to listen to him.

Honestly, other professors should take classes from him on how to teach. He teaches the material in a way that you're never going to forget. Please do yourself a favor and take him. There is no better professor than him. He knows his material very well and if you get below a B it's your fault because everything is from his lectures.

He is the BEST professor I've had. I am not at all a morning person but his morning class woke me right up and even brought out a few silenced laughters. I had to balance four other classes, most of which were really difficult for me but he taught this class so well that it's engraved in your brain, I studied 20min before an exam and I passed!

He's an amazing professor. He knows exactly what he's talking about and keeps the class very interesting with his examples and jokes. Attendance is not mandatory but if you attend every class you'll know everything you need to know for the exams. He even gave us a pdf version of the textbook. Only critique I would say is he doesn't use any slides.

Liveson did the impossible: made me interested in law. He made law fun and interesting for me with his riddles, stories, and situations with all his characters. He simplified terms and definitions in a way a 10 year old would understand and related it to real life. Very easy A; just show up, take notes, and you'll pass with flying colors!

Professor Liveson was an amazing professor. I throughly enjoyed his class. He made everything more fun and you can tell he definitely knows his stuff! He doesn't post slides but he actually made going to class fun. He didn't just read off a paper but taught the class in an interesting way, through a story! I wish he taught BL2 and BL3!

Go to class, take notes and you'll pass. There's no HW, only one quiz, one midterm and one final. Your grade is made up of only your tests so each one is worth a lot. Overall, he's a really good professor. He's definitely knowledgable about business law and makes each class entertaining with one of his personal funny stories at the end.

I loved this class. We didn't have any homework and as long as you came to class and took notes on his examples you could pass the class. I never even touched the textbook. Our grade is based solely on 2 midterms and a final. As long as you're paying attention in class they are really easy. I couldn't have asked for a better professor.

He is an AMAZING professor; it shows through his class. He makes jokes and examples with names and situations that really help nail the concepts down in your mind. Pay attention to lectures and go to class; exams are VERY lecture heavy! I would take him again for any class if necessary. I'll miss Tom, Sally, Ellen, Bob, and all of those characters!

Awesome guy. He's funny and clear. Tells jokes within the lecture, sometimes to add to you understanding of the topic and sometimes just to make you laugh. Go to class. Honestly it's enjoyable to be there and like 99% of the test is based on explanations he's given over and over in class. If you don't get a B or more you didn't pay attention.

Professor Liveson is a great professor. He's friendly, and he makes his lectures enjoyable. Attendance isn't mandatory, there isnt any homework for the class and you are graded by one quiz, one midterm and the final. His handwriting is a little bit on the sloppier side. Overall I would definitely recommend him as a professor.

Professor Liveson makes taxation (which could be such a boring subject) FUN!. He is funny, caring, and makes the subject much more interesting. If you don't skip class and go over the problems he provides, you will understand and go very well in his class.
