Comment:

While Willis can make the class intriguing, he rapidly becomes tiresome. Concepts take too long to teach so the lecture is always behind the assignments. Class is taken up almost completely by going over homework. He grades tests very strictly. Homework and tests take forever for him to grade and sometimes he doesn't get them back at all.

Comment:

Professor Willis doesn't give out full credit on any assignment unless you go ABOVE and beyond what he asks of you. If he started class late, he kept you late. The book was useless all semester. If you do the assignments and pass the weekly quizzes you wont have a problem passing the class!

Unfortunately Sci 465 is a really weird class generally. However, Dr. Willis makes the class fun. He also gives you a rubric at the beginning class that tells you how to get an A in the class. If you show up, participate, and have a good attitude about the course, you'll do fine. He is willing to help if you see him.

Dr. Willis is a VERY good professor. He knows what he's talking about, and knows how to explain concepts so they can be easily understood. He also can figure out any problem, any time. He is also VERY available and VERY eager to help students at any time.

C willi is an excelent teacher. He is interesting, insightful and helpful. He is one of the best teachers I've had.

Unfortunately, this instructor fails to lecture over everything required on the tests. Organization of the class is extremely awkward and homework requirements are non-standard. I would refrain from taking the course unless you are taking Calc II simultaneously.

He is a great teacher and teaches concepts well. Unfortunately you tend to zone out a lot in his class because he goes off on tangents about pointless things or goes too into detail about things.

Dr. Willis is truly a good teacher, however need to seek him out rather than wait for him to help them individually. He is more than willing to take a few minutes to help you out when need be.

Great Prof. Really knows how to bring it down to earth, and make it real. Lots of fun. Challenging tests, but if you've been in class, done the homework, and asked questions, you should be fine.
