Professor Clark is an excellent teacher. The course layout is very informative & actually helped me to improve my diet. I highly recommend this class! The instructor gives great feedback throughout the term. The grading criteria is crystal clear. She allows for a few bonus points. If you do the homework, the tests are fairly simple.

Comment:

I took Lori's online HE204 class and it was amazing! The assignments are clear and easy to follow, and Lori always gives feedback. There are no exams, instead there are 7 weekly quizzes that are open book, and the weekly assignments vary in length. Lori is a great teacher as well, I would definitely consider having her as a teacher again!

There is a discussion, quiz, and homework assignment every week. The homework assignments are long and tedious but if you have an open mind and try to learn something its not that bad. I wish she was more lenient on late work because the whole point of an online class is to provide flexibility but she caps grades at 50% if your late.

Great instructor, fair grader not easy or too hard, a lot of reading but should be expected for an online class. Always there for you academic related or not and give great advice.

Lori is a very nice instructor and gives excellent feedback. She also grades everything promptly. The only thing is that the assignments are pretty long. Also, don't be late on tests or assignments even by a minute as you will loose half of your points. You have a week to do everything, so just start early.

The tests and assignments in this class are a breeze. The class is not difficult if you complete the assignments totally; however, the assignments are very long and cumbersome. Some of the instructions are difficult to understand, but she is eager to help when you shoot her an email. Overall, I would suggest this class for basic credit completion.

She is a great instructor, knows what she is talking about. The class is long but she usually lets you get up in the middle of class and take a walk. All her power points are online, worksheets are given that you can bring to the test with you. Very helpful if you have questions about anything. I highly recommend taking this class.

She does powerpoint presentations every day. BUNCH of note taking. She speaks really quiet and isnt very clear. I almost fell asleep every class. She is nice though. Dont buy the book cuz we never used it. Take HPE with another professor.

She's really nice and understanding. In class she went quickly through the slideshows, but only because they were online as well. I bought the book and we barely used it in class. She gives you packets for notes and you're allowed to bring it to tests. Great teacher!

Honest teacher that will help you if you ask for it. She lets you bring notes to the tests and gives easy points. Not a difficult class at all if you show up and fill out the given notes. You can tell she really cares because she writes notes on your assignments and brought up opportunities to help that had little to do with her class.

I received an F. Why? No clue! I even tried so hard and went to another class of hers to ensure that I get the full 27 visits=A. I was fully expecting the A, maybeeee a B for whatever reason, but I got an F! Ridiculous instructor, poor instruction by the way when I arrived at the extra classes. Do not take her classes!

Easy if you come to class and pay attention. Absolutely frustrating as an instructor if you are trying to learn anything. Lot's of "I Believe", anecdotal evidence, and asking for statistics from multiple studies (useless for statistical purposes).

Lori is an EXTREMELY easy teacher. This is by far the least I have had to work in any class to get an A. Basically, if you pay attention, and come to class you are almost guaranteed an A. She lets you use notes on your tests. What more can you ask for?

Very laid back teacher. She'll ask you to join in a group exercise, or game, but it's not mandatory. You can make up missed classes, to a degree. You go, work out, and Lori helps you if you need something.

The class is fairly easy, and I enjoyed it. I would recommend her to anyone who needs the class for the credit, not the knowledge... She's easy to get along with, and doesn't seem to be prejudice against those who aren't fit (such as myself)

She is a great teacher who really cares about what she teaches. Her class was easy and so were the tests since we got to use all of our notes. She is a little out there though, but nice none the less. I'd recommend her.
