Professor Vlachos is the greatest professor hands down. I had a good time in his class and learned so much that only a lawyer like himself could explain. I wish he taught other classes I highly recommend him. He inspired me to pursue a law degree.

At first I thought this class would be okay. He's a great teacher, but the whole Mindtap system ruined it for me. Most of the time I forgot I had assignments and I had no access to them through a mobile device.

An active attorney and a sitting Judge. Prof. Dino Vlachos is dedicated, passionate & humorous. Helpful! Application style exams-great way to truly learn the materials. Provides a ton of study materials with wealth of info. Tip: print & review lecture notes, fill in exam study guide with it, refer to textbook, go to class, just enjoy his lecture!

Fantastic professor. Funny, helpful,interactive. If you just do the reading & briefs like he tells you to,you will be on top. Try not to miss class he doesn't update homework assignments on blackboard. I learned a lot in his class & I highly recommend his class!!

He is such a nice guy and he knows exactly what he's talking about. Had him for Legal Environment and he is very clear as to what he expects from you. Attendance is mandatory. On average, there is a vocab quiz once a week but it's fairly simple. He let us have one page of notes for the midterms and he offers extra credit for people who volunteer.

Took his online bus100 class. He is very clear on his expectations. Read the book and use ALL the resources he gives you (gives alot)and you will get an A. He is a very understanding man, but expects a lot since we are adults! Replies to emails quickly.No reason you shouldnt pass this class. Highly recommended!! Thanks Dino!!

Terrific instructor. Makes you want to come to class. Covers the material very well, and ensures everyone understands. The kind of teacher that makes you want to change your major. I will be taking his real estate classes next semester. Very funny and approachable as well.

I really do enjoy going to his class. He is witty, smart and cares about his students individually. He is very easy. However, his tests are not. You have to put a lot of effort in reading the materials both from the book and his online notes. There are many quizzes to increase ur grades, 3 midterm (u can drop the lowest one), one extra credit.

Great teacher! i took his legal environment class and i really enjoyed coming to class! His lectures are very interesting and easy to understand..the quizes are super easy, just memorizing the definitions for a few terms .theres a total of 3 midterms and you get to drop your lowest one and he let us use our notes plus the book on the last 2 exams!

The Summer 6-week version of this class was super hard! I recommend the normal 16-week class because the pace is what made this difficult. Lecture Notes given & heavily used textbook. 3 exams composed of 100 multiple choice Q's worth 100 points each. Each exam covered 4 to 6 chapters. He allowed one extra credit assignment worth 15 points.

He is a good teacher, but the class is difficult. Quizzes are easy. Be prepared for the final exam though. I got a D in his class b/c of the final. He gave us an hour and a half to answer 200 questions. And the questions are very tough, it took me like 3 minutes just to answer one. 3 exams and he drops the lowest exam. Professor gets several of his own test questions wrong, disrespects students who respectfully challenge him, represents partisan opinions as objective fact. Dry sense of humor lacks subtlety, but some enjoy it. Former business lawyer, but went to 4th tier law school, so don't expect an intellectual. Recommded for students tolerant of above facts.

I was very disappointed with the Leftist political slants the ?extras? would provide. They title some ?Devils Advocate,? but when any Conservative position is taken, it?s always a straw man argument. Being an outdated book would be understandable, but this one is in its 7th revision, and it is obviously slanted for a purpose.

He's a fun teacher but his class ISNT super easy. There are 3 tests and you get to drop your lowest test(including the final). Tests come straight from the notes given in class. The only tedious part is briefing 64 pages of supreme court cases, but you have the entire semester to do it.
