Dr. Wells doesn't actually teach her online class. You are paying for the opportunity to completely teach yourself. She does not tape herself talking or doing anything. Her instructions are extremely unclear and you have to email several times to get an idea of what she is actually looking for. Be prepared for 50-page papers.

Dr. Wells, despite being a little different and wacky, is a sweet lady. Attendance doesn't really matter. Classes are long &consist of discussion &her reading stories to you. Workload: 3 quizzes, ethics paper, group presentation &advocacy plan. EASY grader. PICK A GOOD GROUP or you will regret it!Need patience. Learned not much at all. Enroll &Pass

Very nice, easy class. the class sounds like a lot of work but its not. and dont buy all of the books. buy the first 3, and the ones used on the final which are listed in the sylabus. just look up books on wikipedia. dont buy the text. waste of money. as long as you have something to show for your work she gives you credit. the class was interestin

Dr. Wells is a great professor. She is fun, relaxed, and very easy going. The class is an easy A. You have to read a lot of books, but I think that just helps you become more aware of the children's books that are out there. TAKE HER!! :)

Very nice! You learn a lot, and it is very fun going to Lockley at the end of the semester. Take her with Dr. Sean, and you will love this block. Do not buy all 12 books at Barnes & Noble though, go to the library and borrow them, that was my only regret!!

Dr. Wells is a very nice woman. Her class is easy to get an A in if you keep up with all of the work. The first day is intimidating because she tells you that you have to read 12 children's books, make a 40 book literature database, and have 3 typed papers. It's not as bad as it sounds.

She is a very nice person. However, this class is a lot of work! Be prepared to read a lot and to write a lot of papers.The good thing was she made the final optional which gives you an incentive to do well all sememster!

If you are lazy & don't want to learn anything. then take her. i would NOT recommend her if you care at all about your future teaching. this lady acted like we were all 3 years old. it was an easy A. but we didnt learn a single thing that was helpful.

Great professor!! A nice person. This is a good class but you read a lot of books. There is a small group discussion for each book. She likes to let the class choose due dates, very flexible. VERY friendly. GREAT!

She is so full of energy and life! Class is normally entertaining and fun to be in. You read a lot of books though. But they are on an elementary level so they really aren't hard. After reading the book you have small groups that discuss different aspects of the book. She likes to let the class choose due dates, very flexible. VERY friendly. GREAT!
