She makes way too many mistakes which just confuses everyone. She's too lazy to update her notes to the current textbook. She uses graphs to explain everything when graphs are needed in no way and will draw it wrong 3 times before she gets it right. Only got an A because I took ECON333 at the same time w/LeHigh who is AWESOME!

great professor. exams are just like homework/lecture/sample exams. i think she also teaches at lbcc, so she grades easy and curves alot too. highly recommend!

This is a challenging class. You need to remember basic concepts and strengthen your algebra and calculus (differential) skills. When there's something I don't understand, I ask her and she explains it to me clearly. Very helpful and considerate. Good teacher!

This is a difficult class in general but she goes extra mile to make it easy and understandable. I never missed a class, payed attention to the lectures, took good notes, did homework, and ask questions if I don't understand and got an A! You will get what you deserve but you have to work for it. I highly recommend!

Very nice person, and good professor overall. The subject itself can get confusing sometimes, but she definitely tries to make the class passable for everyone. Grade consisted of 6 online quizzes, two midterms, and the final. She assigns homework, but does not collect it. As long as you don't fall behind you'll be in good shape.

I didn't like her teaching style. She didn't use any examples to try and connect the topic so I was confused. She just used graphs and lines that moved left or right. In addition, she made too many mistakes which only added to my confusion. I wouldn't recommend her. She is nice tho, just not very efficient at teaching in my opinion.

quizes are all multiple choice and based mainly on concepts and definitions. Tests are mixed with MC and written econ problems. Make sure you study multiple ways a word problem may be presented. she tends to switch things on word problem in the tests so that they are similar, but a bit more difficult on the test. Normal studying gets you a C or B.

I am terrible at Econ, but Deenie does an excellent job at teaching the subject. Everything is explained in detail and she has no problem going back over material you dont understand. Class was still difficult, but shes a really good professor, and id highly recommend her.

Wow take this instructor if it is possible. She is really nice and her tests are straight from her lectures, 5 quizzes, 2 midterms and one final, but she will curve so it is really helpful. I got A for Econ 311 while I had to drop it last semester when taking with other instructor.

Easy teacher. Very generous curves for tests (which are straight from the lectures) Quizzes can be retaken on beachboard until you get the maximum points. Gives 5 extra credit points on random days to encourage students to come. Nice lady and clear lectures. Macro-econ is a bit boring but she can't do anything about that.

Hated this class. i stopped going after the first 3 weeks. I really don't know how I got a B but i didnt know what she was talking about. None of it was in the book. If u know how to BS a class then take her at ur own risk

I got an A. she grades on a curve and tests are really interpretive. The average score on her final was a 57%. INCREDIBLY boring and I mean that. I didnt go to her lectures half the time because I couldnt stand it, just read and study the power presentations online

Go to class- she gives you extra 20pts, she's always willing to help and answers her e-mail promptly. I got a B in her class. Basically, i got 100% on her homeworks and C's on the exams. Her class is easy but it was hard for me to connect everything.......

dislike her teaching method, but easy to deal with, helpful somewhat, and teh homework 20% of your grade is easy when she grades it (her ta grades hard) Exams aare easy, but she is a very tough grader as she looks for what she wants. Got a B.

Have taken 3 classes of hers...very satisfied with her teaching method, and her ability to listen to students concerns and qualms. Great teacher...just listen and pay attention...don't be lazy...you won't get anywhere in life by being lazy!
