Rude and condescending. Most classes are spent in silence while he waits for someone to participate. HOWEVER, after the curve this class is not so bad. I had a 69 average, class average was a 58. I ended up with an A-. As long as you are at or above the class average you WILL pass. Dont freak out all semester like I did, its not as bad as it seems.

Insulting and condescending towards students with little tolerance for those not already in the know." Do whatever you have to not to take this guy. I am a graduating senior and have never experienced anything like him.Absolutely Ridiculous!

He tells you that at no time during the semester will he be able to give you a grade - literally. He attempts to create an environment where students try their absolute hardest, but this is ill conceived and poorly executed on his part. His lectures are boring, and I can confidently say that I have not learned a single thing in his class. RUN!

Know this.. he will offer you little help during the semester, and you will have no idea what your actual grade is. He's very condescending. My advice would be to visit his office regularly, always attend class, and act like you want to be there. I swear, the grade you get in this class is based on the amount of time you put into it. That's it.

Attacking students is not a "way of teaching." This professor is obviously unsatified teaching at Temple, but is not qualified for tenure at any other university. He was taken on decades ago when Temple had lower standards.

literally the worst teacher ive ever had in my 16 years. first off no matter how valid a point you make, he'll never let you be right. someone said "constructive criticism" and it's not at all...it's him being a jerk - bottom line. i've had many teachers i disliked but never any that i walked out of class cause i couldn't stand listening to them

Screw this prick. somehow i won the case competition and got a "B". anybody able to explain how that works? i posted the three below this saying how good this guy was cause i SWORE i was getting an "A" in his class after my group won the fall 06 case comp. professor titus is a great teacher. I know everyone hates him but he makes you think and work harder than you ever have. He is a great professor and one of the best i've ever had. I worked harder on the presentations than i ever had in any other class and it paid off by my group winning the case competition.

Dr.Titus is a very smart and intelligent professor. if you don't want to think or actually work then do not take him. he will demand a lot from his students and while you may not like him in the begining you will realize that by the end of the semester he is very smart and helpful in allowing students to learn and anaylize cases on their own

Titus is not THAT bad. he is not very clear on what he wants and everyone fails but he ends up curving the final grades so whats the difference. He actually is quite interesting sometimes if u actually listen and think deeply into what he i saying. This class is unlike any other class in that he dosen't really "teach". he is only there to guide

I struggled the ENTIRE semester trying to focus on just this class. He gave me a D and now I cant graduate. He really makes you feel stupid. I wish other sections were open when I registered. Now I have to graduate in the summer. That's complete bull. Don't take him.

I honestly don't mind Titus. Just like everyone else before me, I criticized him and blamed everything I did on him. But, now I realized that I actually learned a lot from him. I learned how to handle criticism and how to pay close attention to detail. It's just too bad it took the whole semester to see he's really not a bad guy.

He makes students turn on each other. Does not control the class environment. Very harsh remarks. Worked very hard, but still not good enough to his standard. I heard the only reason that he still teaches is that he donates money into the University.Beware of this guy. I had to take him because no other sections were open.

I can't believe this guy is still teaching. He is a hypocrite and makes the students turn on each other by allowing other students to judge each other. He does not know how to teach and should not be teaching. Really brutal on criticism.

I just finished up with Titus' class and I have to admit, he's not that bad of a professor. He can be brutal, but that's just his process of teaching. He gives everyone a chance and hates to fail students. Only those who don't do the work fail. Don't believe me? The group from my class won the case competition. He's good. Trust me.

Titus is not an easy teacher, however if you actually work, he does not fail you. You just have to put forth an effort in his class and actually try. If you are looking for a cake class, your not going to find it with him.
