Hate his class. All those poor reviews are right. You sit there and watch him do work on the board and have NO idea what he's doing. He talks about stupid stories and thinks he is the greatest person ever. He is a very very bad teacher. I AM NOT A BAD STUDENT. He is such a bad teacher and I just hate his personality. He ruined physics for me.

Over 3 years since I had his class and I still remember and use what he taught me! He tells you what you need to do and study and makes you do that. My B was because I didn't do that. Now I realize how good he really was. I tutor people who have the other instructors and they are no where near where I was because of his class!

Professor Frey is an awesome professor and really tries hard to make students understand complicated material. I had him for a summer course in Math, so the material was fast-paced. Just do what he says and work hard at the material and you WILL pass. If you can take a class with him, do it. You will learn a lot and have fun while doing so.

I never worked so hard and learned so much in a class here. He tells you what you need to know and tests you on that. If you listen to what he tells you, you can't do bad. The problem was my classmates expected good grades without doing anything and they got what they deserved! He is fair and covers the material. I hope to have him again!

Frey, he's a great guy.. but that's all I can say. This is my second class with him and let me tell you WORK!! Make sure you keep up with homework. He doesn't do problems much, and if he does umm 98% of the class is usually lost while he is doing them so no luck there. Just study your book and GOOD LUCK thats all I can say.

Mr. Frey is probablly one of the best teachers i've ever had. he obviously knows the material and has a vast array of experience and stories. Most people who dont do well in his class just are too lazy to do the work outside of class and don't listen in class. These people will also probablly find other classes in their mahor hard and drop out

Nice guy, can teach concepts , but the class involved more than that. There were difficult problems that he didnt explain. He always said "do your homework and you will be fine." Well buddy, if u dont teach us how to do problems we cant do the homework!!!!!

OK, Dr. Frey is a great professor. He's what a professor should be! He challenges you, makes it complex, and pushes you until you get it. And if you don't, he still has fun trying to beat it into you. Students who don't like him are not good students by any means. He is willing to stay after to help and even to come early. You will know Physics!

The guy really relies on the class doing their homework. He is more than happy to answer questions after class or even during class. Anyone who is complaining about this class just hasn’t been doing his or her homework, guaranteed. End of story…

he really enjoys the subject, but he can't really teach. he throws out equations and real life situations, but he doesn't do enough practice problems. Sure, the textbook has these, but he doesn't go over them. When he does go over it, he does them in roughly 3 minutes. his tests don't offer enough time, as most of the class don't finish the test.

This guy is useless. He spends 75% of the time talking about cars, model rocketry, his family , flying, and scuba diving. Not much teaching of physics so I taught myself. I got an A so its not impossible but don't take him if you don't have to or just hope he likes your class, hated mine. He should stay in high school where he belongs.
