She is very VERY passionate about Philosophy. Last 2 exams, out of 4, she lets you use open books and notes. She also offers extra credit during the week (3 x 10-12pts) I received 32 extra credit points on the last 2 exams. She just wants you to understand the material and never forget it. She basically drills it into your head. Very LOUD lectures.

Very lazy teacher. Wrote bad questions and refused to fix her mistakes (on a test we had to chose between two answers which were "B" and "only B"). Makes her teachers assistants do all of her work grading discussion boards and tests (which is the only thing that is graded). In short, she doesn't really do anything and you will learn nothing.

l took biomedical eithics online. this teacher does not actually grade anything and substitutes actual grading for submitting your work to safe assign. if you didn't cheat, you pass. she fell way behind with grading too, and l didn't know how l was doing in the class until the class had been over for a few weeks. don't take this class.

Worst professor ever, especially if you have learning disabilities. Very mean and unapproachable and not interested at all in helping struggling students succeed. I'm not a super sensitive person but I have left her class in tears before. Made me afraid of logic so much so that I petitioned for a late withdraw, avoid at all cost!

Prof Reyes is amazing. I loved her, but I understand why people don't. If you are actually interested in learning logic, she is great. If you just want to "get by," then don't take her. She grades really toughly, but it is not impossible to do well.

Don't ever miss class and get ready to memorize and study as hard as you can to get B's on the test. Textbook is more helpful that the teacher, but you must listen and take good notes. Work hard and it is ok, but I suggest taking anyone else for Logic.

Where do I start.....well I got an A- which I was relieved about. Go to every class and do all the homework and you'll have a B at worst. Tests are hard because of how she grades, wording has to be perfect or answers will be marked wrong. She is a bit confusing to understand and moves quiet fast. Read the book and you'll be fine.

She knows what she is talking about, but every class period was painful for me and I would leave with a headache. If you are up for a challenge and are a good student, then it's going to be alright if you end up with her.

Definitely a doable class if you attend each day and take Reyes' notes. Tests require a bit of studying, but it is for sure possible to get an A in the class. Numerous opportunities at extra credit for the exams, and the chance to be exempt from the final. Homework is all online and not hard at all. Would definitely recommend taking Reyes for logic

The class itself is difficult but if you have Reyes you will survive. I ended up teaching myself most of the material. Tests are difficult but doable with preparation. Online homework twice a week.

WORST PROFESSOR I'VE EVER HAD, she is mean and scary and not a good teacher at all, her voice is very difficult to understand and she constantly yells at the class, she is way too strict and treats the class like we are 5 and won't understand basic concepts, do not take her logic class it is not worth your soul

Pros: Gives 10 points of extra credit before every test. Have an A and you don't have to take the final. Cons: Can be nice one moment and terrifying the next. Doesn't explain things well so teach yourself using the homework. Class can be torturous, especially the night sections.

This prof. is not great. She is not approachable for help AT ALL!! her exams are a kind of difficult but their so long and thats where you do worse in. The HW is a bit long in some but its only worth 15%. Tests bit difficult but the length and insufficient time is wat drags ur grade down on each one. TAKE ANOTHER PROF.IF YOU CAN!!

She is a terrible teacher and not a nice person (which is an understatement). She's rude and very condescending. She doesn't like to help students during her office hours and she discourages students asking questions in class. I wish I had known how awful she is before taking her class. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HER!!!!

Super easy class if you do all the work! Drops lowest test grade out of 5 and get 400 extra points on homework. Just don't miss class and actually pay attention and you'll get an easy A.

Take class!! one of the easiest logic classes there is. gives you 10 extra credit points before each test. she is mean for the first couple days because she wants people to drop so there aren't as many people. completely turns a 180 after the drop deadline. also she is very good at explaining and helping you remember.

It is a hard class but if you do your homework and pay attention it is not hard to get an A. She honestly wants all her students to do well so she is tough on them. The homework is time consuming but not impossible. If you come to all the classes and have an A you don't have to take the final!
