His tests are very hard compared to the work in class. Pretty funny teacher even though sometimes he doesn't mean to be. I would NOT recommend taking this class (Chem 112) as a summer course.

of course the class work is hard, and that is expected going into the class. each person has his own effective way of learning and sometimes in hard classes like this you have to just work harder to understand your own way. gibson bends over backwards to help students. even hold unneccessary study sessions

Good teacher, keeps humor in class, though the material is super tedious, alot of student effort is needed, not an easy class, but as far as professors go, he is willing to help and knows his stuff!
