"Professor" Mcgowan's in class expertise is unsurpassed and he'll pound the handbook into you so you know your stuff. I've never had it harder but it's so worth it in the long run....plus "those eyes".

The class average for midterms are low 60 because the Multiple choices are very tricky. The final is a lil easier because there's more time than in the midterm. The problems in the exams are same as ones solved in class before exams, but you will need to know a lil more for MC questions.Suggestion: learn by heart the Guide book, it can get you A-.

well, decent proff, but he doesnt really do any examples, which consists of 50% of the exams and midterms. Dupont does so mnay examples that yo ucan ace that part of the exam. Since I find it easier to memorize multpiple choice than to teach myself how to do problems from the text, i found dupont better.

THOUGHT he was a great teacher, until I watched the CUTV version. Prof was Gerard Dupont I think. Jack does not focus enough on the actual bookkeeping which the course is basically about, which he warned us about first class I guess. You have to do more work on your own if you want to do successful in accounting with this prof, I'd think.

Good guy. He's funny, doesn't like brown nosers (makes fun of them). Makes you want to be in his line of work. Can learn a few life/career lessons off him.
