GO TO HIS OFFICE AND ASK FOR EXTRA CREDIT IT IS ENDLESS. He even let me use one of his text books when I did not have one. He is a fantastic teacher and very passionate about what he does. His class is tough because he is a tough grader. It is difficult to make a 100 on a paper, but I was able to do it multiple times due to my competitive nature!

I was planning on dropping this class, it turns out to be one of my favorite classes i've gotten an A in. He WILL talk off subject in class and you'll end up showing up for no reason a few times. But keep showing up. If Dr. Kenny sees you are trying and asking questions after class he will give you a nice grade for the work you earn.

Goes off topic too much and is never clear when giving notes. Ton of extra credit, but beware of his tests, they are never what he goes over in class.

He is a nice guy and willing to work with you if you show up and put in some effort. BUT some of the most drawn out and irrelevant lectures. He can literally ramble for 45 minutes on a subject he has no idea about. He does offer a lot of opportunities for extra credit, and as long as you come to class you will be fine.

I didn't like Dr. Jim's class at first but his no homework policy is a plus if you have a full schedule and are trying to maintain a good gpa. You do all your work in class and he loves helping outside of class. All you have to do is try and Dr. Jim will help you. His teaching style seems boring at first but you learn how to really write.

Dr. Kenny is truly the best English professor i have ever had. During our class everyone's writing skills were dramatically improved. He is extremely nice and will work with you as long as you show interest and pay attention. HE IS VERY FAIR! He is filled with knowledge and enjoys seeing students succeed. He has the BEST extra point system! BEST!!!
