Her lessons basically follow the book.There is not much hw at all,just exerices from the grammer book.Only 6 in-class essay and one take home essay.There are 5 grammer quizzes including mid-term and final.Not an easy A teacher unless you work hard. But overall she is a caring professor. =]

Class is easy to get A if you study. Don't have too much homework. I took her class (33A&33B). One and only one research paper with the topic that you interest! Actually her lecture is not really good, but her topic essay is very very easy for you to write. You can use her material that she gave you in order to write essay!TAKE HER CLASS FOR AN A!

Ok, guys, now u will never regret to take her class cuz u will learn a lot and this class is also make it very easy and fun. Prof Stevens will try to push u to get to a process in which being in English 1A and she will give you some reading and focus the logic strand and thesis on your essay.Sweet!

Everyone enrolling in ESL33B should take her class. She's very nice and easy, also she grades easily too. Beside the textbook, she gives out many handouts that helps you a lot in writing. Just need a little more time for her class, you'll definitely pass with an A.

She is a wonderful teacher and person. From the weary firs day you will feel that she is teaching not because she needs money, but primarily because she wants to help her students. Helpful, clear and highly recommended. BTW she is not hard at all, but you will be required to write a lot.
