I took a night class from her and ended up with a -A.. the comments i see, i am pretty much sure are from my class fellows. Well it was i nite class and it gets a bit tough. She is a good prof. She missed one class, so we kind had to rush but it was okie.. i heard from her moring class student and they had a better mid-term, so i taking moring clas

The midterm was very long and difficult..it was straight from the BOOK. Since the whole class did so poorly on the midterm, the final was open-book (but really hard). Her class is boring and she is not helpful at all. I would not recommend this class!

Just awful.Entire class is spent veering off topic & talking about the economy & politics.Midterm ridiculously long/hard, was 80%book/20%class notes & was clearly generated from the book's CD;midterm class average was a 54 & she didn't seem to think it was odd at all.She's a nice woman, just horrible prof. JUST AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

Fairly easy midterm. Easy project. The discussion multiple choice questions in the take home final have either-or answers and they are worth half of the entire exam! Some of the questions asked were meaningless and did not serve anyone justice even if you were paying close attention during class.

Karen Glynn is a clear example of how tenure can ruin a university. I learned absolutely nothing from this class. Each day is an incoherent mash-up of the pointless thoughts in her head. Do Not take this professor!

Be very careful with her, she doesn't tell you her grading syst and leaves 50pt for her to evaluate you-if she doesn't like you she'll take these 50pts. Lectures are all class and about 5 lecture quest(out85)are on exams.READ THE BOOK for midterm, final take home. She definitely has attitude, can be very mean, make sure she likes you (50pts!!).

I guess she did change her teaching style. All we had was a midterm, small presentation, and a take home final. She is really down to earth and tries to explain the material in an interesting way. I recomend her, nice lady

Awesome! Looks like she changed her way of teaching based on the previous reviews on here. Gives great lectures, very clear and really funny! Made class interesting and entertaining. Midterm, one small project, and final (take home). Great professor, highly recommended. I learned a lot. Take her!!!!

Yeah, the project is rough. It seems like she is not clear on what she wants in the papers, because she isn't; she lets you do your own things, which is great. Best thing about Dr. Glynn is she's down to earth; just like a regular student. She knows her stuff, and presents it all super well. I'm glad I was lucky enough to take this class with her.

Her class is filled with just busy work, the project is consisted of 7 three page papers and 3 journel entries every week for the quarter. It's a lot of work but isn't hard, just a lot. The midterm and final are easy, just multiple choice over notes and topics covered in class. Nothing too crazy. You can totally do well in this class. Just keep up

Grades are totally unfair, if you ask about the grade she wont even know what she was grading. Lost part of my project and then didnt even give me a fair grade. didnt explain the homework and then gave horrible grades on it. Dont take her.
