This Professor has absolutely no respect for any of her students. If you raised your hand and had a question, she would just yell at you and say you werent paying attention. She also called the whole class stupid when we went on a trip. It was this womens fault we got lost anyways. Apparently shes a do as I say, not as I not as I do. RUDE.

Comment:

I was a student who was dual enrolled and most of the other people in my Financial management class were also seniors in high school. She treated all of us like children, expected you to learn all the material on your own, was rude when asked questions, and overall seemed to not have much interest in teaching finance. Tests weren't that bad but I definitely wouldn't take another class with her ever again.

Amazing teacher, by far my favorite. This is the second time I've had her as a teacher and you can tell that she truly cares about her job and students unlike most other teachers. She is always willing to help and gives feedback for everything, always emailing with positive things to say. She made accounting fun and exciting to learn.

I took her online Intro To Business class. She made it very simple and easy to follow with how she structured the class and lessons. Read the chapter, do the homework exercises, and take a short quiz for each chapter, with a final at the very end. Not difficult. She stayed involved online, was prompt with email replies. Excellent instructor.

Kate is very helpful and patient when students have questions or concerns. The study guides on Pearson have many errors, I'm guessing because Pearson is outsourced, and Kate was very helpful and patient. She gave individual attention to each student on the discussion boars and was very clear and polite regarding her interactions with students.

Took an online finance with her. She seemed very nice the little contact I had with her through e-mail. There are homework problems but she has posted the solutions which really helps! Tests are not easy even though you have the advantage of all your notes and problems. Final is HARD. study for it.

Dont listen to all the other comments. Shes a real easy teacher. Material can be hard at times. Shes real laid back and will try to help you as much as possible. If you go to class, pay attention, and do your hw u should get an A. She gives a study guide that includes everything you need to know on each test.

Found the overall teaching style to be pretty useless. Daily classes consisted of going to class and putting up homework... its a bit hard to put up homework problems when your not taught HOW to do them. I self taught myself most of this course but theres little option as no other teachers at Carroll offer it. Professor is nice but =-/

Horrible teacher. Rude doesnt care about her students. Talks at you not to you. Doesnt teach anything. You have to teach yourself, but as long as you teach yourself, her class is passable, but I wouldn't recommend it.
