Comment:

The absolute sweetest, but he talks a LOT. This is the class you go to and just listen. He gives lots of handouts. Grades come from super easy discussion board posts, a quiz or two, and a couple super short essays. Definitely easy to pass. If I had any advice to give, just don't take is 3-hour like I did, it drags on forever.

Loved having Professor Breen! His class is fairly simple! Show up and do as you are told, you will pass! There are a couple of book shares that will take place at your tables. He is very understanding, but not great at responding to emails. I loved having him, but most of the work is online. I would recommend taking this course online!

Comment:

I love Dr. Breen! His lectures are interesting and assignments are fairly easy. He even says at the beginning that if you need an extra day for an assignment thats fine as long as you dont turn everything in at the end. The Phonics test was not as hard as people make it out to seem. He is the sweetest professor who truly cares about his students.

One of the worst professors I've had in awhile. He barely grades anything and does not prepare you for the final, You won't know where you stand in the class until the end of the semester.

Took Breen for the summer 2 session. The class was SUPER easy he's not a tough grader at all just do what he asks and you're good. Quizzes were pretty self explanatory and there was one phonics test that you have to make an 80 on to pass. he tells a lot of stories but I did learn a lot from him and would take him again if I could.

Dr. Breen is passionate about his class, but gets off topic ALOT! He loves to tell stories about his daughters, and things he has done. You will learn alot IF you pay attention, and the phonics test is difficult and you have to make an 80 to pass!

He is the sweetest proffesor you will ever meet. He may seem like he is just rambling, but there is a point to his madness. He has so many stories and so much knowledge to share. He also really cares about his students and their success. I highly recommend his class. It was my favorite this semester and I learned a ton! Hands down best teacher.

brilliant; seemingly without a plan but always an agenda; sit back and soak up the knowledge, there's lots to learn here, very pragmatic and extrordinarily helpful; I would take a class with him again in a minute but forget ever getting out on time!
