This class was not bad. I managed an A By the last week of the semester...until the final writing project..Where she gave me an F, with no feedback as to why. I lost a whole letter grade. If you do not write a perfect paper, don't take her.

Professor Kobler was amazing~ I took her online Spring 2011 course (first time back to school in 3 years), & I was badly struggling, but she was very understanding & willing to help me. Also she's very interested in what she teaches: her online notes are very interesting (medieval recipes amongst other things)... ended up with a B~ take her! :)

Had her for a summer online course. She saw where I was falling behind and immediately reached out to me to help me succeed in the class. This class was super easy and a definite A as long as you do complete all of the exams and assignments. Everything was online and you got 2 attempts for every assignment and test.

I took the online course I didn't think it was horrible. You don't really learn much. You pretty much find all the answers in the 20 minutes that you're given for tests and it's not hard. You don't write any papers or anything, just tests. You also get TWO attempts for each test. Take her if you need an easy summer class.

Simply put....DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! Music appreciate is supposed to be a GPA padder...in others its supposed to be a breeze...not with her! She is completely unreasonable, unhelpful, and just plain out mean! You will not pass, and she does not care. Save your money and take another professor! Its almost like she wants you to fail! Horrible!!!

Comment:
This professor is useless. The questions she asks are akin to asking what type of suit Andrew Carnegie wore on Oct. 14, 1968 in a class about the properties of steel. The questions are irrelevant to the aims of the course. You learn nothing except how to quickly find the answer in the book for the test. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Silly online course. There is no way that you could ever memorize what she expects for her tests. The practice test questions are irrelevant to the actual tests so don't waste your time. Hint: Buy the study guide and have the answers filled in.

Her online class is more about looking up as many answers as you can in 15 minutes rather than actually knowing the information. It would be nearly impossible to know everything you need to know in order to do well on her tests.
