Great professor, knew what he was talking about, made everything as clear as possible, seemed like he wanted people to do well. Class was enjoyable despite it being a night class. Recommend this class to anyone who needs lab

Professor Hall is a humorous, easy-going, and knowledgeable man. I really enjoyed attending his class. He gives study guides, and if you properly fill them out and study them, you should have no problem doing well on the tests. Highly recommended!!

Tests just like the study guides. He knows the subject EXTREMELY well and is a great teacher. Also says some funny jokes throughout the lecture. A must have teacher if you are taking Geography.

Great teacher! Power point/note based class. Provides a study guide that is exactly the same on the test. Very passionate when lecturing and keeps it entertaining by adding a couple corny jokes here and there. I just used the book in the library to fill out the study guides and i'm golden. Definitely a teacher to take

Oceanography is a great class! Highly recommended. A load of information about how the world was formed along with the workings of the ocean. If you study the study guides, you will get an A.

Ocean class was very informing. He uses the book and great study guides. Every chance to get an A. Lots of people fail because the class is highly technical, but if you can study every week, it is easy.

Loved Hall. He is a really nice guy with a big pool of information. Easy class (not so easy to get through at 9 in the morning though), just show up as much as possible and study the study guide and you are good to go. Grades are based entirely on the tests he gives (5 or 6 total) so finish, study, and turn in the study guide.

Professor Hall is awesome. Just an overall informed and nice person, he knows what he is talking about but he isnt always talking, he gives you time to absorb the coursework. Very approachable and accurate. His jokes are meant to be cheesy and thats why they are funny! I would love to take one of his lecures...

He's a very nice guy. His class is really easy and he seems like he wants everyone to do well. His lectures are boring powerpoints, but I figure it is hard to make geography interesting. His tests are easy, they are exactly the same as the study guides, so just memorize those and you're fine. I hardly ever went to class and got an A.

The easiest class you could ever take! There is NO HOMEWORK! All you have is six tests over the course of the semester (including the midterm and final). He gives you all the questions and answers ahead of time so you already know what is going to be on the test! Very clear and helpful. Explains everything very well. Definitely take him.
