Very hard to follow from thick accent and messy writing. No information online either so if you couldn't understand him in class you can't even check work online. Assignments really difficult. Take finance with another professor if you have the option.

One of the worst profs I've ever had. I don't think this class would be so bad if he would just speak clearly. He mumbles. every. word. With the mumbles and the heavy accent it made it impossible to understand what he was saying even when I sat in the second row. It's too bad because I think with a better prof the class would have been interesting.

This professor is horrible. He was not clear. Hard to understand his strong accented mumbles. Will not help you. Does not reply to emails. Book is useless. Assignments rediculous. Dropped the class! Avoid at all costs.

Really enjoyed his lectures even though most did not. Make an effort to attend every lecture as each one was vital for my understanding. He's been teaching for a long time and knows his stuff. He makes it as simple as possible and does not ask unfair questions. He does swap out questions from previous exams so make sure you study well.

Hard to understand at first, but you need to follow his lectures closely to do well. No textbook required, all relevant notes are either written on the board or handed out. His classes are very easy if you are determined to do well, all you need to do is follow his lectures.

He doesn't use textbook. You need to go to class and take notes. Otherwise you will not know how to write assignments and tests. He gives lots of questions and he will answer them during the class. And these questions will show on your assignments and tests. That's why you need to take notes. Once you have notes, everything will become easy.

Had him for principles of Finance. Hard to follow because of his accent and he teaches the whole 3 hour class with a marker, no power points. Easy midterms and finals. Study the assignments well as well as past finals an midterms. The midterms will be the same format with different numbers. Learn the definitions he hands out by heart.

Very hard to follow his lecture, and read his hand writing. I have to admit his quite knowlegable with what he teaches, capable to teach a 3 hours class with only a marker. Still, obtain a good grade in his class isn't a easy task. Not easy to fail the class also if you only aim to pass, got a C+ despite wrote a terrible final.

He is very hard to understand, almost like he has marbles in his mouth. He doesn't use the textbook nor teaches from it, so a text book is completely useless. I recommend going to class and taking lots of notes, although his writing is hard to understand. Assignments are hard, midterm alright, final exam hard. Helpful if you ask him questions.

He is very hard to understand, as he has a thick accent and speaks very quickly. He talks like we should all understand what he's teaching, but it is very hard to follow. He also does not use the textbook at all, so you can't teach yourself at home. If you can take this class with someone else, you should.

The good news...you will be able to understand what he says after a week...the bad news...you will be able to read his writing EVER!!! Typed handouts would be nice. An ok prof, sometimes he goes way too fast, and doesn't completely answer problems, generous marker, tests and assignments are reasonable.

Very Nice and smart guy, knows his stuff but the thing is he can't teach what he knows. Found it very difficult to understand and had to go through the material over and over before i understood. Mr. Kabadi's part pulled my grades up in ths course.

This guy cannot teach.He never makes sense.Watch out for the last day because he will cram everything he missed into 20 minutes at the end of the term. Can't explain anything or do math, so examples are useless.Pray to god they change the prof for this course (it is required for finance major).
