Dr. Peterson is by far the best prof. at UD. You have to participate and work hard on your papers and presentations to get an A, but it's an interesting and eye-opening class! My favorite so far

Dr. P is by far my favorite professor in my 4 years here. Go to class and participate, you'll get an A. No exams. Weekly sakai quizzes that are right from lecture. He keeps class entertaining. And he is the department chair for HBS and a great connection to have! Taking another class with him in the spring and I can't wait!

Peterson is awesome. Best professor I ever had my 4 years at UD. He cares about his students and tries to get to know them. Class is 50% project and 50% quizzes. The quizzes are online and right off the PowerPoints. The project is a semester long group project, but manageable. Would take him for every class if i could..

Dr. Peterson is the best! He really cares about his students. You need to go to class, he takes attendance as part of your grade, but you do better that way! No exams, weekly quizzes on the information from lectures and a research paper.

He's very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when you need help with anything. PARTICIPATE! It will help your grade A LOT. Show up for class pay attention. Some online quizzes which are pretty easy. Majority of grade is your group project and research paper. If you're borderline and you participate and show up he will bump you up.

Peterson is a really nice guy! The class overall is easy as long as you do your work (especially for the research paper), come to class, and participate!

This class isn't horrible. 2 major assignments, a research paper and a group presentation-You chose your topic for both. There is a different presentation every class, and the audience is required to ask questions to the presenters. Participation is a major part of your grade, as well as weekly quizzes on the presentations. Peterson is a good prof.

The best way to describe Peterson is with a bunch of expletives. He is unapproachable, believes his opinion is fact, and completely full of himself. He is a very inconsistent grader and never really provides reasoning as to why he graded you in the manner he did.

The class is tough, but its fair. There is a lot of group work involved, so start working on your communication skills now. The class can be challenging if some members in the group aren't pulling their weight, then its 10 times harder. Overall, if you do the work, show up, and take some intitiative; you'll be fine. He's funny too.

Very thorough and challanging curriculum on a graduate level. Peterson and the Health Promotion faculty have created a top notch program that prepares students to be at the forefront of the health promotion/disease prevention work upon graduating.

this class is hell in a handbasket as far as the workload, but i thought it was interesting. unavoidable if ur a fitness management major, don't take it with athletic training and recreation, cuz ur asking for it, but a great prep for grad school work load. i think peterson is awesome!

he is the worst ever! he is rude and the class is boring. there is no book so u need to write down every word he says or you will fail the class. and he does not care if you are a senior he thinks its funny to make u stay an extra year.

Peterson has a habit of talking down to students. He wrote the book which the class is taught from, its his way or the highway. But despite his attitude, class was interesting and I learned a lot.
