Pat is amazing. She was never grumpy for no reason as others said before. Her husband passed away and thats why sometimes she had a bad day because it was a recent loss. Pat is always there to help she even would stay passed office hours if you needed help with ANYTHING. she goes beyond expectations.

Pat is a very good teacher. She cares about her student's and is willing to answer any questions a student may have. She is patient, and likes to joke around, YET she is serious in nature as well. However, the class is an Easy A and a waste of time. But if you can take this course its crazy not to so you can boost GPA! :)

as everyone else said, class is a complete joke. easy A, honestly didn't even need to try. very grumpy lady, redundant, rambled on about nothing for the entire class. but if you can put up with her talking about 215 Education Building, you'll get an A so it's whatever.

The class is a joke; it literally teaches you how to use microsoft word, powerpoint, etc. A serious waste of time. However, Pat was helpful and effective at teaching but sometimes grumpy for no reason.

Ms. Ritchey is by far one of the best instructors here at BG. She is extremely helpful during and after class. She cares about what the students grades are. Attend class because she gives extra credit for going to class. Tremendous teacher. Highly recommended. I would definitely take another course with her as the instructor.

she is awesome. the class is a lot of work but she breaks it down so well that it doesnt even seem that hard. she makes it so that most of your work can be done in class. you seriously learn somthing from her each and everyday... i wish that there where more teachers out there like her because our lives would be musch easier!!!

Pat is one of the best professors I have had at BGSU. She gives very clear instructions, and for the most part, the class is very easy. If you do have problems in her class, she is easily accessible and will work with you and help you. She teaches you HOW to utilize the technology in the classroom, instead of just how to use the technology.
