Shes a sweet old woman who enjoys what she teaches. I would consider myself an above-average paper writer and I got an A in her class. However, the average writers in the class did struggle a lot to get a B+ or higher. If youre an average writer I would suggest going to the writing center, shell give you a higher grade for doing so.

at first i hated her but now i love her. You dont need any books she photo copies everything for you. Her class is easy and if you engage in class she wil love you. I never really put any effort into my papers and i got an b on every one. Always available for help. take her

Very nice lady,I loved her! She was tough to figure out at first but as long as you engage in class discussions, attends every class and on-time, does your work efficiently, she will love and adore you as she did me! She will let it be clear what she does/does not like too! But, I definitely recommend her. 1 of the best professors I've had so far!

I have the 930, 75 min class so naturally i'm exhausted before i walk into class. this woman's lectures will put you out faster than a bear tranquilizer. 1 out of the 194 readings we had really had my interest and there's no room for any other opinion other than her own in that class so don't even think about contesting her opinion or youre screwed

Depends on what kind of mood Pidge is in. Once she has a made a decision there is no talking to her. In the standard situation she is fair in grading, however...get on her bad side for WHATEVER reason and WATCH OUT! You'll think everything is fine and she'll turn on you! She refused to sit down and talk like professionals. I've never seen a teacher turn away a student who wants to discuss a grade!! Unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never been treated like this by teacher before.

She made English enjoyable! But don't be late to class, be early! My final grade dropped b/c of too many lates. Excellent class, lots of group participation is encouraged. Be prepared to read but also be prepared to learn from a great professor. A few in depth papers, not many quizes until the end of the semester. Take home exams! Consider taking!

Pidge is fair. Her tests are easy. You have to read everything she assigns. The class is in discussion format and she WILL put you on the spot. Her papers are tough. She is also a pain in the @ss about attendance. Nice lady...lots of reading...easy tests...hard papers.
