Hands down the most interesting biology class I've taken. The class was always interesting, and he kept you attentive with his amusing style of lecturing. Granted, he spoke quite fast, which made it difficult to take notes at times. His exams were quite straightforward, resembling those posted on the course reserves, in style and in questions. :)

GREAT PROF! interesting and overall nice guy. do not freak out over exams, they are very similar to the samples he provides. just CHECK YOUR GRADED EXAMS- his grader is much harsher than him and you can almost always get more points back.

Awesome professor. Loves to teach and knows what he is talking about. His exams are pretty straight forward if you take the time to learn the material and not just memorize it. He will help you outside of class. Great sense of humor

You don't really need a textbook because his notes are so concise. Speaks quickly, but is very fair. Gives you practice exams. Overall, great professor. Very interesting topic presented in a clear manner.
