Great professor. Really does go off topic but tells great stories related to the material-the hypothetical stories are seen on the test! Read and brief the cases, raise your hand for a dot next to your name and you'll do fine.

I thought the class was easy. All you have to do is show up, participate in class, and study some vocab for the tests. If you do that, you will get an A. He goes off topic A LOT, but it makes the class interesting. Make sure to bring your book to class.

Ruby has a lot of experience and his stories always teach you something. As long as you participate and ask questions - you will learn a lot and enjoy his class. Do the case studies and read the chapters before going to class. It helps a lot.

I enjoyed the class. As the other comments said, he does go off topic quite a bit but in a two hour class, it's kind of refreshing. Plus being that he's a lawyer, a lot of the stories tied into the class material. He moves pretty fast but has no problem eliminating material from exams.

Not bad, talks a lot about personal life. But then compares cases he's worked on and connects it to the actual material. There's only a mid-term and a final, and participation points. If you want an A read a lot and participate, if you don't really care you will get a B. Otherwise, pretty easy class.

OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDdd... I am so glad to have this class behind me. DO NOT TAKE Bus. Law with this CLOWN. I think I know more about his personal life than BUS. LAW. I was so sick of hearing about his dogs, ex-wife and kid -- I could have screamed. Then he cramed just like the last review said. Where's Donald Trump when you need him!
