Very difficult subject. Attendance is important in the final grade consideration. Almost exclusively a lecturing class. There are many readings but he goes over the major points that he tests you on, many times. Reiterate the lectures in the papers and use the sources he provides. Easy grader unless you never show up to class and don't do papers.

Awesome. Loved Him. Perhaps is a little dry at times - but is extremely straight forward and a great grader. Taking him again in the future. I like him better than Martha.

DOESN'T USE EMAIL. EVER. HARD TO CONTACT OR ASK QUESTIONS. Otherwise, really nice old guy... pretty easy grader as long as you complete the assignments.

Lectures are brief and repetitive. Takes attendance, and you have to keep up with the reading. Grades are based on three four-page summary papers. This class is better with Klein or Goldman.

Bolton is good for students who like Epistemology kept simple, and not as good for those who want to challenge or probe deeper. Lectures are slow and repetitive. However, his choice of material is chronologically broad.

explains text well. good luck contacting him if you need help, he has no email. 3 papers, all take-home, no exams. kinda boring but not too bad. take good notes and it should be easy.

Reminds me of alzheimer patient. Text was good, lecture was bad. He is an easy grader though. Papers at midterm and final, probably 2 separate topics each time. one 3-4, one 5-7 page. Oh yeah, look out for the finger...
