Comment:

Professor Daily was a great teacher. He was very easy going and made class easy to come to. His tests are all open book, open notes. He explains when things are due and what he expects from you. If you do all your assignments, tests and quizzes you should be able to pass the class very easily.

Comment:

He gave out a group presentation and didn't give any parameters on what he wanted. In the end it was unclear how he graded each group. His lectures were unclear and he used multiple websites for home work and tests. Get into a good group and all together you can pass this class.

By far worst experience as a student. I am an almost straight A student, but this guy made me rethink education. Doesn't know how to calculate students grades and is terrible at teaching. You learn just as much as you ever would by not showing up. Waste of 5 hours a week.

This professor is not helpful and his lectures are confusing. Just do the online assignments, read the book, and your group presentation so you can get a better grade. The group test will also help you. If you can take another professor, do it. You will be cheated out your knowledge in 1B and unprepared for the next class.

He disappeared for 5 weeks without communicating any material with the class. The substitute had no clue what had happen to him nor had updates of the class. Uses book website for homework,exercises, quizzes and exams all of which the publisher create...so expect tricky questions.

He hasn't updated his examples in years. He shows alternative ways of calculating various accounts and all of them are just confusing from beginning to end. Cares little for the class and is only interested in collecting a paycheck.

Not a great teacher but he breaks down the material enough for you to learn it on your own. If you like making your own schedule and making your own grade then great. The Online hw, lets you keep entering it until you get it right. Can work together for tests/quizzes. Take the class if your a self-learner

Is willing to spend the time to make sure students understand the material. Does ask for and listen to student feedback. Learned a lot. Plays favorites so get in with that group and you will be guaranteed an A. Unlike other raters, I find a great deal of benefit from the presentations. One must learn to speak well have used this on job interviews.

I recommend taking the online class because the "in-class" class is all done online anyhow and everything he lectures on can also be found online. You only need to come to class if you dont understand the powerpoints online. I dont recommend taking him if you work fulltime. If you are not working, you should pass with no problem if u do the work.

Prof. Daily is perfect for people who work well independently. Attendance is not mandatory, everything is based on points from online work. His lectures are ok, but they are available on powerpoint online so if u understand u dont need to come to class. I like the guy. So far I have a B in the class. The key is reading and keeping up with the work.

The material is fairly straightforward, but Professor Daily is able to make it far more complicated than necessary. Between three different websites you are required to monitor, the poor organization of the material, and the lacking communication skills this required course is best taken elsewhere.

His homework and tests are online.However his tests are timed to 2hours and require application of accounting.He offers no extra credit.Makes it difficult to determine your grade.Coming to hear his incoherent lectures were useless.I had to ignore the mind games, he plays. You ask him a question you only walk away with more questions,I got a B.

I took Bus 1B online. Mr. Daily responds to emails timely, but make sure to pose a specific question. He gives vague answers that don't always address the question. Also, be prepared for an unseemly amount of homework! Coming from one who hardly has to do any homework for any subject-I spent about 5 hrs/week here & for me that is way too much! :(
