Like everyone else has said, relies on handouts. I actually found the handouts really helpful and you may have to read the book to help out more. He trips over his words and confuses himself and everybody else but overall its a decent class. If you aren't strong in math and need a good amount of help, don't take him. Need to be self-learner.

This teache has handouts for every section already printed for you and everything he covers in the handous is usually on his quizes and tests! he does make fun of you if you dont know something & does expect you to know everything before class! he doesnt really help you out but he does have all the info in his handouts! i would take him again.

People on here are crazy, he is a really cool teacher. He makes class fun to attend. Very personable and covers neccessary material until you understand it. He Is one of my favorite math teachers ive ever had. I recommend taking his class. -trig/pre calc

horrible. He has really good handouts, but he was a horrible teacher. I had to rely on myself and my friends to succeed in the class and is grading is average. Be careful because a few small mistakes on the quizzes will ruin your grade in no time.

I had taken Calc before, and was not sure what to expect. Last semester I had a hard teacher who wouldn't explain the subject. Dr. B's class is different. He will give handouts and do sample problems with the class. He also explains better than other teachers. The only complaint is that his grading style is inconsistent.

He is a really great teacher, gives a explanatory packet for every section, His test and quizzes are the exact same thing he teaches, there are never any surprises. He offer plenty of extra credit to make up for bad test. Over all good teacher, I'd rate him as 4.2 out of 5

I dont know what are you all tlaking about, he is one of my favorite math teachers ever!!! I am not the brightest person, so 4 ppl like me he explains everything from class. His class is so fun, its just like a TV show, he really prepares you for quizes. Tons of extra credit. You gotta be really lazy and unmotivated if you dont like him.

I don't see what all the complaining is about. Everyone on here must be really lazy, because this guy is actually a really good professor. He gives you an extra credit opportunity like every class meeting and the quizzes are straight out of the homework. He's real laid back and he's pretty funny. Just follow his lead and you should get an A.

Worst professor of the century! Okay I was an A student in Math class until I went to his ridiculous class. He is a class A moron. I took his class because it was offered in the morning but dude take someone else instead like Weiss, Vu, or Burzynski.He is like the only professor who makes you more confused if you go to his tutorial.

Quizzes every other class meeting, quizzes and tests are ridiculously easy, and the exams are open book. ti84/84 mandatory, HW is not. Half the students in my class are retaking the class, no idea why though, it's sooooooooo easy
