Do NOT take him. Not understanding at all. LONG and boring lectures that drag by. Always goes over the hour and 20 min he has for his class. Nasty old man, needs to retire.

He can be a good teacher but he is not clear with his midterm grading criteria and because of this a lot of students didn't do as well as they could have. Not much he says is relevant to the course. I would not take again. Did not enjoy his class - used it to do other homework.

Thought the lectures were engaging. Seems tough but is a nice guy. Gives you review sheet ahead of time & tells you the answers and/or where the answers are from in the book, so all u need to do is study. if u get an A on the first 2 tests u get to skip the final which worked out for me & is great. Write a lot on tests (be thorough).

Good professor at Post, but did not specify how he grades on essay tests and I received a low score because i wasn't aware we had to write a lengthy amount. Lectures get boring and are pretty long. As long as you study a lot before the testand write A LOT you can get a high score.

I LOVE Dr. Klein. I have never had a more interesting professor. His lectures clearly explain American Politics and he has had such an amazing life. His tests are essays, he gives the questions out a week ahead of time, so you know exactly what is expected of you. He also drops the lowest grade! Truly a great professor!

I would pay to hear this man speak. He's been teaching almost 50 years and has seen it all. He will tell you some amazing stories and tell you how it is. If you go to class and do a little bit of reading, you will do very well in his class.

LOVE KLEIN!! He is a sweet old man who is just adorable! He is sharp but losing some marbles at the time example: he knows history and facts but will repeat the same stories over and over during the semester. I got A's in both classes I had him for but its not a easy A but not impossible just study!! He is understanding and very nice!

Fantastic teacher!! Show up in class, take notes and study them for the exames. He gives you some questions and you can pick 3 or 4 of them. He even takes away your lowest grade! So if you get A's on the two first one you don't have to take the last one!! :) And you learn a lot aswell!! Really good teacher!

I attended CW Post and graduated in 1977 and went on to attend and graduate Law School. Majored in Poly Sci and took every class Prof. Klein taught. He is an amzing instructor who taught me to think critically! He pushed me to the limit of my abilities and I am forever grateful.Awesome he continues to touch lives in positive ways!!Long live Dr. K
