Intimidating but it was the first math class i've ever did well in. So she's a good professor and can explain things well.

Professor Heidenreich teaches off of her power points a majority of the class and they are not available if you miss class- so don't miss. The tests aren't too hard if you pay attention and take notes. I definitely recommend taking this class if you're not a math person because the math is fairly simple its just knowing how to use it.

I took her psychological statistics class. Showing up for class gets you extra credit at the end of the semester and all the lecture notes, so I would suggest going every time. She's funny and an excellent professor so the class isn't bad at all. Tests were long but she explained what to expect, so overall very doable.

Although she's very friendly and funny, she expects you to be an expert on the information after only going through things once so there is a lot of self-teaching when studying for exams. She is a fair grader though and there are opportunities for extra credit. Don't miss class because you will not understand a thing on the tests.

Great teacher! Some say she is hard, but I feel that she grades very reasonably for how well she teaches. However, she doesn't teach this class as often as other classes and was a little unprepared at times. Despite that, I would still recommend her as a great professor for every class I've taken with her.

She's great! If you don't like math take her for psych stats. We teaches so anyone can learn. Her tests aren't bad at all as long as you do the hw and pay attention in class. She's also very nice, sweet, understanding, and funny!

Biological Psychology is an awesome class and Professor Heidenreich is one of my favorite teachers. The course is challenging, but I understood much more with this professor than I had with other classes. If you have already taken biology the class touches on similar topics, but digs a little deeper. It's an awesome class if you enjoy science too.

Great professor! The statistics class is very easy and reasonable and you are given many chances to succeed. I barely had to study. However if you don't attend every class and don't do the homework you can fall behind very fast.

She's hilarious and makes statistics interesting. Pay attention and get take good notes and the class will be a breeze. She let's you miss around 3 classes before she starts docking your grade but if you barely miss class she gives you extra credit. Also, she lets you skip one test if you're not ready to take later in the semester.

I took BioPsyc with her. She is really chill and funny in class - she even curses quite a lot and makes South Park references, but don't let that fool you! Her tests are not easy, you really do need to put in HOURS of studying - even prior bio majors I know had to really study to get even B's in her class. Study!!!!!!!

Professor Heidenreich has been the best teacher out of the 8 I've had at USF so far. While a lot of people in the class struggled, I found the subject matter interesting and the concepts straightforward. Virtually everything you need to do well in class is given during lecture so show up to every class. Take good notes and you'll be good to go.

Terrific professor. Actually managed to make the class enjoyable despite how dull the material was AND that it was MWF morning class. Favorite professor at USF. Gave every opportunity to help her students and offered tutoring sessions 3 times a week. If every teacher could be as passionate and knowledgeable as her, more people would go to class.

Heidenreich is a tough cookie, but an excellent professor. I plan on taking her for research design next semester. Apparently Silverthorne is easier, but I feel I've learned more being in Heidenreich's class as she supplements the textbook with fun examples (explained std. dev. with Kyle and Cartman as examples, even imitating voices). I recommend.

Had to take her class twice and had no idea why I failed the first time. She is very clear, and the concepts are difficult, but constant homework and studying and you should be fine. She appears VERY harsh, and is, but is definitely a fair teacher.

If you have a chance to take Psych of Sex with her, DO IT. She's hysterically funny, it's the easiest class I've ever taken, and she once explain Freud's theory of the Id Ego and Superego in terms of Cartman, Stan, and Kyle. Also, she's a blast to visit during office hours.

Some people in my class struggled, but I had stats in high school, so I was ahead. I thought she presented the material in a way that was very easy to understand and her tests were not too hard. You have to do the homework, and if you do that and pay attention to what she says the tests are not too hard. She gives extra points for good attendance.

she is very nice and funny, wants you to do well in her class. but it is imperative to attend all classes, you get attendance points and missing one day of material will put you sooooo behind. Also the material and the exams are extremely hard to pass. She also does not give enough time for the final AT ALL!!!!
