Professor was okay. There was: 2 group presentation; an intensive 20+ page research paper; Capsim and CompXM; weekly journals; weekly case studies; and weekly discussions on news articles. The professor uses supplement videos during class; however, she provides powerpoints with lectures from her. She has a passive-aggressive personality.

Comment:

Dr. Kuznik is an excellent professor. Her lectures were clear and applicable to real life. Lots of writing, but nothing out of the ordinary for a grad school program. Be prepared to learn a lot about yourself and about how systems interact in an organization (and in life). I hope to have more classes that she teaches.

Her class is pretty easy. Her midterm was simple. Other grades just include weekly informal journals about what you learned, an independent paper over a company of your choice, one group presentation. I took intro to business. Very repetitious classes.

This professor is not capable of true interactive dialogue. Perhaps if you are an undergrad she would impress, but as an executive in her class I am left dissapointed and unimpressed with both the content of the class and her teaching style.

The class is book based, and she doesn't add anything additional to the learning experience. In fact, she takes away from it. I did well in the class, but she seems like she doesn't care about you or how much you learn. It is like she has been there forever and has thrown in the towel. Complete waste of time. Really frustrating...

4 books and 2 personality assessments required, however, we only really used 1 book. Personality assessments, while interesting, were pricy. Professor showed no consistency in grading. What was good one week may not be good the next. I made an A, but others in the class weren?t as lucky. Beware of excessive writing assignments & group presentation.

Dr. Kuznik is in the top 3 best profs at BW. She really cares about her students. She makes class fun and you truly understand business when the class is over. Work is hard, but it's enjoyable at the same time. Awesome class, inspiring prof. TAKE HER!!

She is a very good professor. She made class fun, interesting and relaxed, yet still managed to teach us a lot. She let us have our laughs and jokes and then got us back on track. Tests were so-so, but she curved them. I will take her again if I have the chance. Highlight of the semester was watching Office Space for a week.

Great prof. Does an awesome job of explaining concepts to class. Uses group activities to get everyone invovled. Tests were not difficult. She tells you exactly what will be on the test. Grades fair. One of the best profs in the bus department at bw.

Excellent. 305 is taught by all good profs, so choosing isn't too hard. Take Kuznik, Param Srikantia, Radulovich, or Long. Generally they all teach a session throughout the year. Kuze is the bomb digity. Tests are a little tough, but if more than half the class misses a question, she throws it out and gives you the point. Highly Recommended.

Great teacher, loves to help students, willing to be challenged about grades and will change it if your argument is clear and concise. Has much interest in her subject, and makes class interesting!
