Comment:

I took Kieft for health care for math professionals. There are no homework assignments, no extra credit, quizzes - just 3 exams for your entire grade. Professor Kieft provides supplemental materials such as videos, worksheets and homework assign. (which are not due) to help you succeed. I ended up with an A because of his teaching style. Fantastic!

great teacher, best math teacher i have ever had, when class began he wasnt our teacher and we had professor Blom and everyone in the class was doing horrible in his class, but for some reason professor Blom could not continue the teaching the class and professor Kieft began teaching and everyone seemed to do a whole lot better.

Probebly the best teacher I have ever had. I really sucked at math before I took his class and now i pretty much can understand anything. He is very helpful and explains things in a way a 2 year old could understand, which was just what i needed. a lot of homework, but if you really suck at math, this is the guy you want to take it with.

He teaches way to fast. He does one example of each problem. He only allows an hour to take test and then the last 20 minutes he teaches a new lesson. He asks students questions even though they dont get the problem or question to make you look like a fool. When you have a question on homework, he will do it on the board but if it has anything to do with the graphing calculator he will just walk you through it and not show you how. I wouldnt recommend taking his classes unless you want to be a failure!!!!!!

He teaches quickly and covers a lot of material. He breaks it down very simply, but in doing so, makes you feel stupid. If you can get over that, he is an amazing teacher. He is very polite and sincere...going out of his way to help during office hours.

I had Mr. Kieft for four classes. He is very helpful and if you have any questions whatsoever you should go to him. He makes himself available to students. I worked hard for my grades. No easy A's... he gave me my only C! But I really like him!
