TR has a reputation for being a lot more difficult than he is I believe. Reason being it is VERY difficult to stay focused during his lectures BUT if you are able to you will learn a lot. If not you can still pass the class because he is the author of the textbook and it's actually a good textbook but it's more difficult learning just from that.

Well, I see a lot of Chuck Norris jokes here. While they're all totally true about TR, here's the real deal. He'll teach you exactly what's in the textbook. The tests pretty much are just using equations you go over in class, and other miscellaneous stuff from the textbook. The grading is VERY generous (and I mean very). Not a stressful class.
