If you want to work in Advertising - TAKE THIS CLASS! Great for portfolio prep. Especially if you want to be creative, which is not easy. He has AGENCY EXPERIENCE, something most TU teachers do not have. He is hard bc he wants students serious about advertising. And if you are taking a 300 level class, you should be getting serious about your work.

If you want an easy class, this is not the class to take. If you want a class that teaches you about advertising in the real world, you must take it. This guy gives lots of realy great lessons and helps you in any way he can, but you have to be willing to actually learn.

He is a really cool guy, he knows a lot about the industry. He grades very hard though, and make sure you listen to the requirements for the assignments or you will get a lot of points off. I actually liked going to his class though, and very helpful. Make sure you e-mail him your ideas before you turn them in or you will most likely get a bad grad

He's a pretty arrogant guy and a really tough grader. Nothing you ever do will be good enough because he works as a creative director of an actual ad agency. He's a cool guy on a personal level when he's lecturing but a little cocky. Be prepared to do work and re-do it a million times.

Awesome teacher, definitely did not mind going to class. He says attendance is not mandatory but if you want to do well on the tests you should go. He is a very hard grader though but you can email him your work ahead of time. Enjoyable class but not an easy class. read the briefcases in book for tests!!!

He's a tough grader--you absolutely have to show him your ideas/work ahead of time to get feedback. Give yourself lots of time so you have time to make changes. Read the briefcases in the book--exams can be tricky. But it's a fun, interesting class; he's a good teacher & you usually get out early.

Can more teachers at TU be like him? Best teacher, very funny, the tests are all on info from the notes and the case studies from the book! He let's you e-mail your work to him and he tells you what you need to change. Best class I have ever taken, and he only keeps you for maybe an hour each class! I have nothing bad to say about him!

Awesome Guy! He's so cute and extremely funny. I learned so much from him. His grading is a little bit difficult but he works in advertising, so he knows his stuff! Interesting classes, laughed so much in every single one! Def take him!

This class was quite interesting, he had me laughing every time, take the advantage that u can send him ur ads ahead of time for him to critique. Makes class fun but also grades a little hard, not a bad teacher at all.

hes alright, just make sure you have good ads, study the midterm and final, and i guess u'll be fine. Overall hes funny but also knows when to get serious. Put it all ur effort cus he doesnt grade that easily, i recommend him, hes cool.

Great teacher,great class.Hes very knowledgable,helpful and makes class fun.You have to work hard though for your grade.6 ads,midterm,final and group project.Tests are easy, just make sure you pay attention to in-class examples and briefcases at the end of chapter. I definitely recommend him!

Best prof I've ever had. Extremely avaliable to students. You can email him your assignments beforehand and he will critique them. Not too hard a grader. It's a lot of work, no lie. You have some type of ad due every week, but it's reall fun doing them. Easy B, but not hard to get an A. Super fun class! I wish I could take it again!

Don't listen to the idiot student who said this teacher is cocky. I know the student that wrote that and HE WAS THE PROBLEM. That student never wanted to do any work, was a loudmouth and wanted a total free ride. Prof. Villet wouldn't give him any slack so now he's mad about it.
