He is a real good teacher even though it might not seem so at the very begining. His lectures are useful because he explains everything you need, and he also goes a little further sometimes from the course materials in order to give a better comprehension. His accent is not an obstacle, you will get used in a couple of lectures. Always available.

You must be good at being a self learner to pass a course with him. He will provide past exams so you will know what to study. Attending class is a bit useless. Just practice past exams and you will be fine. Even though he can't teach well, he is a very good and understanding man. And he is poor at technology.

Constantly makes mistakes. Confuses you just when you think you're getting the gist of things. Unless you don't want to attend class and would rather teach yourself avoid having him as a prof. He doesn't understand technology, teaches 1/3rd of the class time and is doubtfully teaching the right course. Overall nice guy tho.

Dont waste time with lectures, just learn online as you're doing the homework and go to tutorials. Probably do a gradesavers course too. This guy is mean and so hard to understand, avoid at all costs

Explains well. You'll get used to his accent. Gives clear indications of what to expect for midterms and finals. It's still up to the student put in effort, as with any class, to succeed. Do your end of chapter questions and past exams and you'll be fine. they recycle the same questions over and over again for exams

absolutely useless, I don't even attend his classes anymore, I go to Greenspan's class who's nice enough to let me sit in and actually knows what he's talking about. Tiwari is not only really hard to understand, he explains nothing and yells at students with questions. All he does is pull random problems from the book.

He is a very nice teacher and really prepares you for the final. You need just practice as for any math course, but the material is not very hard. He gives a lot of examples and gives extra credits for attendance! Which can move you from one mark to another at the end. But be aware that his midterm is tricky. Be attentive in class and you pass!

Many mistakes during the lecture and he interrupts students a lot while they are asking their questions. However, he gave additional marks for attending the tutorial which is nice.

Comment:
Horrible teacher, some people are not meant to teach. You'd think you'd get a better education when paying nearly 500$ for a course but no. I cannot understand a thing he says and his midterms are not based on what he teaches in class or anything close to past finals or midterms. Take him at your own risk or if you're able to do well without a prof

He's a good quality teacher, caring about math, having a sense of humour and a wit of an old man. Even though he sometimes makes mistakes when explaining the problems but come on, it's normal, everybody does. If you have no problem with coming to class earlier or sitting still in class when the lecture's going on then this class is for you.

Comment:
He is very unclear when explaining things, dont expect to get ur questions answered by him... u will have to go to the math help center or elsewhere. Often teaches material after it has been on an assignment due. On the plus side he is not a very tough marker, tries to give marks where he can on the midterm.
