This teacher is one of the worst I have experienced since attending Cal State Fullerton. His lectures are unbearingly dry and he demands perfection. He is a washed up teacher that has no passion for teaching and shows no willingness to work with students.

I took Gombos last semester. This class is pretty tough 2nd half. However, he is very helpful and answers all my emails within the same day. Intensive homework assignments. Make sure you do them and you'll be fine in the class. He also assigns a group project which helped boosted my grade. I recommend taking him for Psych 300

HORRIBLE!! He is the rudest teacher I have ever met. He has completely forgotten what it is like to be a student and does not cut you even one break. Its as if he has no sympathy and a heart of stone. I asked him for a favor and received the meanest email response. Don't take under any circumstances

WORST PROFESSOR EVER. I worked my butt off in this class to get a D+ Failed the midterm and final due to ridiculous questions that had no relevance. Professor was completely unhelpful and shunned you when you asked for help

Overall the prof. is boring and annoying. He does not make the class interesting and you can tell he lives in a world where statistics rule and perfection is expected. If you are required to take this class for your elective choose another professor; you cant go wrong.

I disliked this teacher. He is just not really my kind of teacher, his humor is lame. His tests are done online, so you have to take the test online as well as do calculations in excel and its timed so if you don't finish in time you get screwed! I really disliked this class. Okay teacher but not for me.

Took this class in summer. Boring and unhelpful. Excel part of class was easy. Everything else was extremely hard. Wants perfection and will only help those who are teacher pets. Went to his office hours and he barely paid attention to me and was not willing to help at all. did not like this guy at all.

Has really high standards, but you learn a lot even if you dont get high grade. Didn't get his humor, but he seemed to try & make stats interesting. 1st part of semester pretty easy with Ms office, but 2nd part with SPSS HARD! Overall good class-I would recommend.

Someone once told me that this man was a good teacher. This is incorrect. He likes boredom and takes to dry humor often. Fairly difficult grading but nothing too hard to handle. Bring a pillow to class so when your head slams against the desk it won't hurt too much.

A very good professor. He explains things very clearly and goes through the examples so even the computer retards like me can follow him. The class itself is pretty boring but it's useful and easy. Btw knowledge of STATS isn't really required for this course, we hardly used it.

He's straightforward and clear and knows his stuff. Very tough and "scientific" at times, but can be funny at times. EVERYTHING you do has a reason that leads up to test, and you will learn a lot if you don't surf internet or text messge in class. Study class activities and hw for exams and don't miss any lectures--you'll lose big time points!

I highly advise taking this class in summer because it's painfully boring. 1st half super easy 2nd half harder, lots of stats and he barely reviews. Tests are easy, got A's on them. I got a B in the class thanks to the group project. easy teacher, boring but nice, I would recommend him. OH, DONT MISS CLASS, lots of points and he covers alot

Sour grapes! If the class was so easy, y'd you only get a B! I had to earn a A-. He's fair and completely reasonable. Resrch Meth is hard stuff but he made it easy to understand. Take him and you'll learn alot.

I reccommend this class if you do not want to learn anything and love being bored out of your mind. Everyday I imaged him being hit by a big rig. The most boring class I have taken. I got a B without paying attention or even trying. If you want to learn take someone else.

Go to ALL classes, 2 pts a class and it will help your grade in the end. Don't bother reading, bring your textbook to class and highlight important stuff as he goes through slides. MAKE A GOOD STUDY GUIDE for yourself and memorize it!!!! The tests will be so easy if you do! I got an A in both the lecture and lab.

I GOT AN A IN THE CLASS. ADVISE TO ALL THAT ARE TAKING THE CLASS. !!!WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING HE SAYS" especially the examples and the steps. usually let people out early and provide as much help as he could. 1 page cheat sheet on the test. 2 test and easy attendence points. a lot easier than other psy300 teacher.
