Wynn was a great teacher. Hes helpful and easy to contact. Wynn helps his students as much as possible and tries to help them succeed. The class is tough but he always tries to help you improve. His tests are very hard and they makeup the majority of your grade. To do good, studying a lot and reading the text book is a must.

GREAT Teacher, however, the content can be pretty rigorous and there is very little homework or 'cushion work' that can be done. Grade really depends on the exams and the labs. Super accessible outside of class and is willing to go over content with you if you don't get it in the lecture.

Wynn is great. I love science, loved his class. Easy to follow. Lecture every class. Take good notes. If biology is an interest to you, take this class.

He is very caring and is willing to help students that are struggling. He is very hands on and interactive which makes the course more interesting and less boring. Attending class is important because missing class can cause you to miss important information. Communicate in advance if you will have to miss class. He is over all a great instructor.

I loved Wynn as a professor this year - but he is a TOUGH grader. I mean tough - I'm typically a straight A student and received a high C both terms. No matter how hard you work, he can always show you where improvement can be made. If you are a hard worker, take this class - NOT an easy A.

He's the cream of the crop for Chemeketa professors. Lectures are concise, and all content is appropriate and relevant. Take good notes, because nothing is out of bounds for tests. He's also very respectful when students ask questions and make comments. I'd recommend his class over other bio/science classes I've taken here any day.

Wynn Cudmore is one of the most invested, caring professors I've had. He goes out of his way to see that students succeed, but he also makes you do your own work. His lectures are thorough and tests can be easily prepared for with a study guide, though the tests are difficult. I learned tons! One warning: beware group projects.

Wynn Cudmore is, hands-down, the best professor I've ever had at any institution. Environmental science is a rigorous and challenging course but I found it to be extremely rewarding and worth the effort. If your program requires a lab series, I highly recommend you take this class. Wynn is amazing and you will never forget this class!

If you take a class given by Cudmore it will change your life for the better. You won't think about the environment the same again. He challenges you to think "outside the box" and "read between the lines". After his series of three classes, you will know more than 99% of the people out there and be able to debate environmental topics like a pro.

Wynn is the best teacher I have ever had in my life. He must be the best teacher on this planet. He teaches you extremely much and you will leave his class feeling like a scientist. He is very inspirational and will completely change the way you look at the environment. But he also requires you to work very hard and there are many homework.

Wynn is hands down one of the best professors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has his act together. This three term course is challenging and rewarding. You will grow as a person and a student. I highly recommend this series to those both interested in Environmental Science or just needing to fill credits.

Awesome class. Not an easy one, buy Wynn is really helpful and smart, and nice too. Although the exams can be difficult, if you TAKE GOOD NOTES and STUDY the study guides he gave you, you shouldn't have too many problems. Learned so much more than I anticipated and seriously, this class is worth taking! Wynn is the best instructor I've taken!

Great teacher, included exam study guides which really helped.No online/hybrid bs. All the info on the 3 exams is from his note guides handed out in class. He cares about his students, unlike many teachers,but is a hard grader.
