This lady has clueless. she is very forgetful and when she does forget something, she blames it on you! her feedback is really confusing and hard to understand. AVOID AT ALL CAUSE!!!

Expectations are very confusing, and she often changes her mind about what she wants from students. She might encourage one idea one week, then change her mind the next. She also seems to push her own ideas onto students rather then allowing them to use their own creativity more.

Yvonne was a sweet lady, and I found her techniques strange at first but then as the class progressed they became useful when doing my final project. Overall I enjoyed her as a teacher!

She really challenges her students and it's only for their benefit. At the beginning of the Matrix Studio class I took, she announced to the class that it's almost impossible to get an "A" in the course. Suffice it to say that only challenged me more and I got an "A"!

Ugh. The other night I had a nightmare about Singer... no joke. She's an absolutely awful prof, almost as bad as her artwork. Why? -unconstructive feedback, praises the most inane work, marks work arbitrarily... AVOID HER!

Confuses artists and works, doesn't know *anything* technical about how art is made, says the absolute stupidest things just to put in 2 cents. When she guest lectured for a class in my 1st year, I wrote a note-to-self to avoid her - take heed everyone!

Yvonne is a very nice lady and while she perhaps isn't as acadmeic as all students hope for, she makes up for this in immense charisma and academic support. This makes her an excellent undergraduate instructor.

A good prof. She helps you when asked but otherwise gives you the freedom to explore and learn. Very honest and open. She has good stories about when she lived in Ottawa when Trudeau was in power.
