You are required to watch videos before lectures that are around 1-2 hours long, she then tests you in participating on those questions in class. You have to know what youre doing before you show up. If you dont do her math her way she will mark it wrong, multiple times she got upset with me about showing too much work

Math is tough. Anna does her best to bring you up. But you have to care. Don't just text in the back of the class because you won't learn anything and you can't blame her for that. She wants you to pass and you can see her before and after class in the Math center for help. When everyone got the same answer wrong on a test she made it a bonus!

Most of her material is online, there are a lot of videos you need to watch before going to class to practice what you've watched. It is possible to go through the material yourself. She goes through the material quite fast, if you don't understand or struggle with math, don't take her class. She is accessible outside class and is willing to help.

She is a very kind and nice instructor. She does assign some homework but that's very helpful for the students. Grading is very fair. Always encourages her students and good teaching technique. Her lectures are also available on youtube so in case you miss any class you can watch her videos which are very helpful.

This teacher means well but if you already know what youre doing or even if you dont, DO NOT take this class. This class is split between monotone online lectures filled with mistakes and discrepancies along with a fast pace in class review of practice questions from her lecture. She is a lazy teacher and makes everything more difficult than needed

This class was split online and in class. The textbook this professor used was her own making and was littered with mistakes that made learning the subject hard. I found over 12 mistakes without even searching for them. Would recommend buying your own textbook and not using hers.

She is alright. It's a flipped class so if you don't have motivation to watch the monotone lectures you wont do well in the class. Honestly means well but can get very rude if you don't understand on the first try or can get very impatient. Honestly if you can just watch the lectures and show up for practice you'll do fine.

Shes hard to follow along. She expects you to know everything before class from her her online videos. Videos hard to watch because its all monotone very boring to watch and listen. Ive been out of school 5 years and she expects that I know and remember everything. I failed the class and she gave me passing mark to make herself look good.

Anna is so caring towards her students. She really takes the time to help students understand certain processes, even if it means we will be a little behind in the lectures. She wants her students to succeed

I think Anna does genuinely care about her student and how well they do. it's a flip class so you have to watch lectures online before class. The class is set up to work in groups of four. I find her teaching difficult to follow. My goal is to pass with a 65 in this class and I'm having a hard time, and I usually like math. Would not take again.

Please don't. I would never ever take her class again in my life. She is good at math but she is kind of rush. For instance one question will be solved and rest of the exercise will be homework. Tons of it.

Homework given before the semester began - lectures are on youtube and class time is flying through practice questions she expects a lot of you. If you skip a lecture vid you're lost. she grades easy but honestly I felt like she was mean and neg. Got a tutor who told me I could achieve and I started getting better grades

I love Anna. She wants everyone to do well, and always offers help at the math centre. Her tests are based off of notes and videos, and she is an awesome marker (even if you didn't get the answer but you got a formula right or tried she will give out half marks) - she is also very organized and hands assignments etc back very quickly!

Anna is really sweet. She wants everyone to do well, but in order to pass you have to do the work. I took this course condensed so it was ALOT of homework(at least 3 hrs a night) You have to watch her youtube videos and fill out notes before each class but those really helped me understand. Math is not my strong suite but i really liked her style!
