Dr. Schrier is a great professor. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her students. Her class can be quite unclear and disorganized, however she took away 3 papers we were originally going to have to do during the semester. Would take her again!

Dr. Schrier really cares about her students and is flexible. Her lectures are very interesting and she provides great feedback on assignments. My only complaint is that the assignment's requirements can be unclear, so make sure to ask questions in class or go to office hours if you want to sort that out.

She was terribly unorganized, but her class was so easy it didn't matter. She often pointed me out in class which made me uncomfortable. She really is sweet and cares about her students. We took our 1st quiz and she then decided to cancel all of the rest of our exams. Awesome.

I seldom see people who like her including other faculty members. About her teaching, as others said, disorganized, nothing special to learn. Avoid taking her classes. Waste of money and time.

My first impression of Dr. Schrier was not good. She didn't seem very friendly or helpful. Once I got to know her, however, I realized she is a very good professor who cares about her students. It just takes her a while to warm up to them. Sometimes her lectures seemed kind of random, but overall I learned a lot.

Blows you off when you need help. Disorganized, plays favorites, and besides some interesting personal stories that relate to teaching has really nothing to offer. Avoid her courses if you can, you will be doing yourself a favor!

She's tough, but fair...only a student looking for a handout or wanting an easy class would say anything negative. As someone so organized and effective, she doesnt waste time getting to the point. Expect to work outside of class, but not an easy grade.

A nice enough person but disorganized, poorly planned. She routinely let the students leave class 30 or 40 minutes early. Why? Is there so little to teach?
