Comment:

Jones was a great professor, the subject was interesting to learn and the class was not hard. On Tuesdays he lectures about a certain religion and shows you a slide show of photos, and then on Thursdays you watch a related documentary. You have three exams and three- 2.5 page papers. Not hard if you show up and listen to what he says in class.

This class was boring but it's super easy! Just come to class basically, take the notes, and you'll pass with an A. There are 3 exams and the questions are straight out of the notes. . He grades really easy on the 3 essays which are only 2 12 pages long. He has a helpful review session before each test as well. I definitely recommend!

Comment:

He's a very nice guy and can tell he loves what he is talking about. Lectures are a bit boring, sometimes nuclease exactly what he is talking about because he mumbles in a light voice. Gives a study guide for testes, but he leaves out stuff on test that wasn't on study guide and put in stuff on test that wasn't on study guide. Papers are easy.

Such a nice guy but his class is soooooooooo boring. I'm not involved whatsoever. Everyone is either on facebook or some other site not related to the class. Study guides are not that helpful. You have to read.

OMG ya its like no work, but he jsut rambles with no power point or anything and expects you to take notes. Shows lots of old photos and movies that teach nothing. Horrible teacher with no work to make up for a bad test grade. if you want an easy D take this, if you want an A or B go somewhere else

I'm not sure if he really knows Aramaic. Nice guy and helpful for you succeeding in the class but I don't know if I'll be able to read Aramaic. I think he should be less confusing by just letting the class stick to one script instead of writing one way and reading a script that is different.

the only C I've ever gotten. This class needs more instruction. He gives supremely boring lectures, and the tests don't seem to reflect that information given. He's an interesting person, but not a great teacher. What's up with the weed references during every lecture??

ASK QUESTIONS when unsure about the info he gives cuz he mubbles sometimes, though he's pretty chill. Shows videos, 3 EASSY essays, along with 3 MC tests. He lets you write whatever you want on your essays too. Good class in teaching the basics of different religions. I really learned a lot and have a better prespective now.

really easy with study guides for tests but sometimes does not cover everything. you don't learn anything but an easy A. just take ALL the notes and memorize, do the papers, and your good to go.
