Dr. Delcour is a wonderful professor. The class itself is challenging because of the material but she does a great job at explaining key concepts and preparing you for the exams.

This elective course is tough! So many new concepts that you really have to study and make flash cards for. 3 exams detailed mc and T/F about 35 q's. optional final. Every lecture is crucial since she tells you exactly what you need to know. TAKE THIS ELECTIVE IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL STUDY HARD. Great class because she teaches well

The book is NOT needed - just read through her notes and you will ace the exams. The class is very interesting and she is crystal clear on what you need and don't need for the exams, which require a lot of memorization (but nothing tricky). Memorize the slides for an easy A. Great professor and the only senior level BCHS class I actually liked.

She is Dr. Colbert. Attending class is key because her lecture notes are what's important and the book helps reinforce what is said, so I recommend buying it (its very detailed but a good book and worth the ridiculous amount). Overall, she was a very good professor and you could tell that she actually loved what she was teaching.

She's a very thorough teacher. She puts up notes on her website that you can print after her lectures. I like the way she explains things. But there is alot of memorizing for the tests, which are about average difficulty.
