Comment:

Dr. Dryer's Honors Physiology class was great. His lectures were clear, and exams came straight from the powerpoint. However, you really have to know everything from the powerpoints (which are around 200 slides for each test). The final at the end is cumulative and it is A LOT of material. Overall great prof 2 midterms 1 final and 1 P/F paper

Comment:

Dr. Dryer is super nice and the class is very interesting. He doesn't take attendance and all of his test questions come from his powerpoints. The final is cumulative and there is a pass/fail paper. I do wish UH offered a second semester of this class.

Dr. Dryer for HON Physiology is entertaining, funny, and knowledgeable. His three 50?MC exams aren't hard, BUT they're tricky. YOU MUST STUDY HIS PPTS (only) at least three days in advance. Big curve in the end (3750, 4150, --) A. Overall, fair if you attend lectures. Passfail essay. Would def. recommend and absolutely loved his class.

He is a tough prof but his lectures are very interesting. DO NOT skip class! Tests are based completely off the lecture and the details he lectures on aren't on the ppts. 2 midterms (which you have to study for like you study for finals) and 1 final. If you study, the A is yours. Watch youtube videos to really solidfy your understanding of concepts

He is a great proffesor, he always replies to emails in a couple of hours. There are 2 midterms and a final. He is very good at explaining the material, if you want to do well you need to go to class and take good notes, I used a tape recorder and it was very helpful.
