Actually, I had both his econ 1&2 during 2010-2011. He is a really funny guy. Always tell us his favorite fish story. His class is pretty easy. Just memorize the notes, you will be fine. No book is needed.

He's super nice, and he's easy to approach. he sometimes hands out study guides before the tests. Gives out many extra credits. Extends the due dates for homework. Anybody can pass his class if effort is put into it. Wouldn't have taken the class with anybody else! Highly recommended!

He is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. He is extremely helpful. If you don't understand something, he'll do his best to help you out. His tests are not hard if you read the book and study the essay questions he gives out. Make sure to turn in all homework and not miss class since he often gives out quizzes. I highly recommend him.

This guy is pretty cool. He tries to tell a lot of jokes and stories to make macroeconomics relevant to your life. Try to participate and you will have a good time. He prepares you well for the midterms/final with plenty of handouts and quizzes. Highly recommended!

I recommend taking this teacher, he tells you exactly what is going to be on the tests and even gives you a study guide with everything thats going to be on the tests. He gives you chances if you miss work to turn work in. He tests are multiple choice and essay but the tests were not that bad because he tells you whats going to be on the test.

If you want to succeed in the business world, take another teacher, because with him you won't learn much. Takes 90% of the time to make jokes that are not funny, boring, and can't really teach. If you have an option take a different teacher or go to another college.

Prof. Shelor is a alright guy but he honestly can't teach to save his life. This is Econ c'mon because all he ever does is tell stories that has nothing to do with the class. I had him for a 3hr class and he spends about 2 1/2 hours telling stories and the rest teaching. I would not recommend him.

If you study for his tests (about 7 of them) and do his homework, you'll be fine (which is like every other teacher). His in-class lectures are hard to understand, but if you talk to him after class he'll help you out as much as he can. Just take notes and you won't have to buy the book.

he is so boring; i don't understand his jokes; the jokes distract me from the main lecture. during the two hour lecture, only 30 min is on the useful topic. I wish he is easy on the exams
